  • Cozy Casita

"Cozy, clean and comfortable. Bonnie and Steve greeted us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. There were two bottles of decent wine, one red and one white waiting along with farm fresh eggs. Coffee, teas and a few staples and lots of spices were available if you felt like cooking in the well equipped kitchen. We ate at the island and thought there wasn't a table until we discovered it appears there is one that pulls out from the tv cabinet. The place is full of interesting southwestern artistic touches. The bathroom has plenty of towels, homemade soaps and a variety of things you might need, including sunscreen! We enjoyed waking up to the sun coming up over the tree full of ripening lemons! Even on the shortest day of the year we were able to enjoy the private back patio. The casita has its own laundry room! Bonnie and Steve were kind enough to lend us their bicycles and helmets. You can ride north on a roadside bike path that felt safe to a dedicated park bath that goes a long way along a currently dry river bed. It is possible to ride to the Tucson Mall or Trader Joes. There were two great Farmers Markets there on the Sunday we visited. Bring a backpack or two! The location of the casita is perfect if you like to explore as there are interesting attractions to the north, south, east and west. We loved coming back to "our" home each day and are so glad we didn't stay in a hotel. We will be back and highly recommend staying here. It is exactly as it appears on the website, including the little putting green!"

  • Unique property in lovely setting

"Wonderful home in a beautiful, quiet setting. Very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool! The house is cozy and comfortable, very unique in all the furnishings. I only wish there was a house history somewhere! I would stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay not far from downtown."

  • Out of the way mini-ranch near East Saguaro NP

"This place has character. You have to love animals, because you will be welcomed by a loving dog and attentive cats. The bed is extremely cozy and comfortable, and the couch can sleep a third person comfortably. Everything you need is there--if you want to cook or grill, everything is there with a small counter top oven. Take a morning hike in Saguaro NP and enjoy the view from the guest house. Because of the 20-minute drive from downtown, you get a great view of the park and Mt. Lemmon, as well as the night sky."

  • Impressive Rental

"Very comfortable, well maintained clean Townhouse. All amenities were present as advertised. Contact information for the owner was provided, but never needed as the rental was as "turn key" as possible. We would definitely recommend this rental to our friends."
