  • Great views- bad parking

"The house was so cute and the views from the 2 patios are awesome. The house is on a hilltop as the name implies, with very little parking, enough for 1 car. even that car is difficult to park due to narrow road. We left the car parked and walked into old town Bisbee several times, which is maybe a 5 minute walk, but walking back up that steep hill is quite a chore. Parking is difficult anywhere in old town, not just this house. The house is great and to me the parking and walking was worth if for the great views. Only bad thing was that there is a small parking area up the hill on the way to the house that seems to be hang out late night for young kids to smoke pot and do drugs, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, but no issues at all."

  • This is the best rental in Bisbee

"My husband, two dogs and I have been here several times over the years and always love it. I have also stayed here alone with the dogs to get some writing done, and felt perfectly safe and comfortable. The owners have installed a new bathroom! The new shower is awesome, lots of hot water and great water pressure. (This is not always true at other Bisbee rentals.) This trip, we brought our grown daughter with us, who can be a little picky. She loved it too! She really appreciated the cozy, soft bedding. This lovely little house is the absolute best rental we have found in Bisbee. This house is spacious, spotlessly clean, accepts pets, is stocked with movies and books and is connected to Wi-Fi. Besides thick new towels and colorful sheets, there are numerous potholders, kitchen towels and other linens. (If you have rented much at all, you know how rare this is.) The kitchen deserves its own separate review. Every kitchen gadget and appliance you could possibly need has been provided. We have rented places before and made unhappy discoveries such as no coffee pot, no knives, one dented pan. Not so the Toland Adobe! There is a full set of cookware plus baking pans, a bread maker, potato peeler, and chef's knives. The yard is also spacious. Our dogs haven't found a way out in spite of searching. They are perfectly happy and safe alone in the yard and we don't have to watch them constantly. The yard is complete with pine trees and a Tombstone Rose bush, a large table with chairs enclosed behind a high fence. Complete privacy. Lovely place to stay."

  • Sail into Bisbee with SunCountry

"This awesome little place I describe as like living aboard a sailboat. Perfect size for two people. Low ceilings, comfy bed, little kitchenette, compact efficient bathroom (toilet and shower in one little closet). You can walk to everything, including an awesome High Desert Market for yummy supplies and breakfast down the street, pizza and the best margaritas around at the Screaming Banshee across from it. Walking the Bisbee 1000 race course is a perfect way to see much of the local art and architecture and get some exercise. Highly recommended for a couple wanting a one-two night getaway. Thank you Sarah and Dave for everything. Sorry about the key thing!!!!!"

"Every detail is attended to here. From the well appointed decor to the fabulous local coffee, this was a gem of a place. Bob was personable, professional, welcoming, and engaging. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and fantastic view. Cannot think of a thing to improve. I will stay here again!"
