  • Stunning house and property at the base of the Catalina Mts.!

"We have stayed in many VRBO properties in several states over the years and this truly was the best so far. The house is a showplace and the delightful owners have thought of every possible amenity to have on hand. We were there for an anniversary getaway, followed up by a family reunion over Thanksgiving. Both celebrations were accommodated perfectly. A lovely and romantic setting for our anniversary, we enjoyed beautiful views of the desert and sunsets, not to mention the incredible star-filled skies viewed from the salt water hot tub at night. When extended family arrived (an additional 4 adults and 2 teens), all were comfortably bedded, with lots of room for visiting and entertaining. The kitchen was exceptionally outfitted - we lacked for nothing when preparing large meals! Two of Tucson's biggest natural wonders--Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon/Catalina Mts.--are close by. We will definitely be returning to this treasure!"

  • Secluded Vacation Rental

"Our party of 4 from Minnesota enjoyed our 6 night stay in this beautiful vacation rental. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded rental with a beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains, we highly recommend this stunning vacation home. Although the pool was too cool to swim in during our mid-January stay we made use of the hot tub on the roof. Star gazing and coyotes howling added to the experience. Owners Elma and Hans were a pleasure to visit with and more than gracious hosts. The home is supplied with shampoo & conditioner, hand soaps, laundry soap, and as others have noted: plentiful spices and you will never run out of tableware. The only note I would add is that I was glad our car rental was an SUV with higher clearance. Although smaller cars are able to navigate the sandy, hilly road to the rental, the majority of vehicles we met on the local road were pick ups or SUV's."

  • Wonderful condo

"We have stayed in numerous condos and this one is great!! Located near the mountains that surround Tucson so we had wonderful views out the living room windows.. The sun porch was very relaxing and had similar views. The condo has very relaxing furniture, great appliances and beds. Rooms are all good size. Condo is located directly across condo street from the pool and exercise room.. Good water and chairs. Exercise room had tread mill, bikes and elliptical units. Condo is a second floor unit but the stairs are easily accessible and are private to this condo . We are 70 and had no issues. Second floor views of mountains are great.. Walking trails are easily accessible and are easy or more difficult based on what you want for exercise. Grocery store, bar etc just down the hill. Owner is very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend and would come back again!!"

  • Expectations were exceeded!

"As seasoned VRBO renters we must say this home is fantastic. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful. The setting is very private, the home is tastefully decorated and wonderfully appointed. The owners thought of everything. We did not lack for anything, and the place is spotless. The appliances are first-rate with plenty of tableware. Even the kitchen knives were sharp! The view from the side and back terraces are lovely. All of the instructions were thorough and owner was very communicative before and during our stay. We hated to leave!"
