  • Casita de San Ignacio Perfect Place to Stay

"We would Highly recommend this little private little casita in Tubac. It is walking distance from the Tubac Resort and from all the shops in Tubac in a newly developed private home development. Perfect for 2 people and their dog. The room was extremely clean with all the furnishings one would need for a short stay in Tubac. The full size refrigerator and freezer were a real plus for us. Pictures of this place online are extremely accurate. Thanks to Sue for the call a week before we arrived telling us all about the place and how to get there and that little extra personal touch. Thank you Jeff for helping us get in and the conversations we got to have with you. We will be coming back to stay here. It was a perfect weekend."

  • Extraordinary views; beautiful home

"The rental house is beautiful, and perfect for up to two couples, as the two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, are on opposite sides of the house. The fireplace is perfect for cool evenings and draws perfectly; there was no hint of smoke in the house. The owner, Brian, was very easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. The best thing about the house, though, is the location. About a 10-minute easy drive north of Patagonia, the main porch of the house faces south, and the views are incredible. The house is perched on a hill and you can see for many miles east, south, and west. The sunrises, sunsets, stargazing, and birdwatching are all terrific right at the house. In addition to the resident Say's Phoebe and house finches, we had broad-billed hummingbirds, black-chinned hummingbirds, grey hawks, and vermillion flycatchers right at the house. Views from the bedrooms are great, too. There are no near neighbors. You can hike right from the house, for birdwatching purposes, and it's less than a half-hour drive to sites for more serious birding and hiking. Madera Canyon is only about an hour away. I cannot imagine any better place to stay in this part of Arizona. I feel very lucky that we found it, and I hope to return again someday."

  • The Perfect Townhome

"We rented the Tubac Townhome to be near a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs, and more! Charmingly decorated and appropriately stocked with every need-- ahem, WIFI! - we were able to come "home" with the kids to rest, recharge and spread out in a spacious home to relax. Right across from the pool and near all the Tubac restaurants and shops, this townhome makes for a get-away with all the necessities right near by. The owner was gracious and searched high and low when my son lost a book that he received as a gift when we stayed in Tubac. Although it wasn't found and likely lost elsewhere, I am extremely grateful for the correspondence and attention to such a minor detail for our little guy. This was above and beyond service and truly indicative of all the great care the owners put into making their guests comfortable!"

  • Superb get-away!

"My husband & I had a wonderful romantic get-away at this lovely, well furnished home. Very comfortable, well-stocked and immaculate. We enjoyed Tubac town, hiking trails, restaurants and other near-by destinations, including Tumacacorii Mission. We'll certainly return in the future and recommend this home to others!"
