  • Small, cute, safe. A perfect place for the single traveler.

"I am a single senior citizen and stayed here from December 19, 2016 thru January 18, 2017. It a great location for easy access to many attractions in Tucson. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The studio is located in the back yard which is completely surrounded with a privacy fence. The studio is equipped with everything you need, including shampoo, soap and lotions. Washer and dryer conveniently located right off the side door. Although I didn't really get an opportunity to enjoy the patio, anyone staying during nice weather could enjoy breakfast or a nice evening there. The units only heating is a small space heater, however, it quickly heated the unit up. The hot water heater is small, and only allows for maximum of 5 minute shower, so be prepared when you step in. As long as you don't want daily room service, this place is better than a hotel stay and the price can't be beat. You won't be disappointed. I would definitely stay here again. Alene and Scott are wonderful host and their 9 yr old dog was very sweet and gentle."

  • Awesome place, so peaceful and serene

"This was an awesome property. Although a casita, there is an incredible amount of privacy. The hot tub right outside the door was an added plus! Very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I am a business traveler and prefer rentals over hotels for exactly the reason that this place offered. Desert beauty at its finest. AND Saguaro National Park is literally 3 miles from the door...I highly recommend a visit and drive/hike in the park. Thanks so much Marian for your hospitality. I definitely hope to be back!"

  • A comfortable cottage in the Tucson desert

"The cottage is extremely functional for up to four people although more could be accommodated. It is well appointed and well stocked for your cooking needs. The 12 foot door that disappears into the wall when opened makes the inside and outside spaces have a very open feeling. Barbara and Joe were  very welcoming and accommodating to our few requests. They were there when they were needed, but respected tenant privacy at other times. Jack, their dog, would visit whenever he felt like it, but he was welcome as he has a sweet disposition. Tucson is spread out over a vast area and mostly to the north and east of the Interstate highways. This property is in the extreme northeast corner of Tucson. Therefore, getting to various sites in Tucson can take from 30 minutes to an hour. If you come for the serenity and quietness the property has to offer this is not a problem."

  • Excellent rental with gorgeous views, hiking and more

"We rented this condo for most of January 2017. Everything about the condo was very nice. When we arrived the place was spotless and the views and decorating blew us away. Our stay was quite comfortable. While the weather was a little on the cool side, we took advantage of the heated pools and hot tub the condo complex provided. Hiking in the Catalina's was only steps away thru a private gate. We will definitely be renting from them again"
