  • Great short term rental

"We needed a pet friendly short term rental while TDY to Sierra Vista and this exceeded our expectations. It is located in a 55+ community with pool, fitness center, community room and nature trail with wildlife and birds galore. Everyone in the community was very welcoming to us and we attended many of the functions. The home itself had everything you could possibly need and was a nice quiet retreat after a long day at work. The owners were very responsive to any questions/needs. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Excellent Stay!

"My wife & I are considering making a move to Sierra Vista, AZ. We are accustomed to using VRBO for our longer stays, so we used VRBO for our Sierra Vista visit. The communication with Mark & Kim was top notch. We never waited for a response to any question we asked. Mark met us at the condo on our arrival, & provided a tour of their condo and how to use the televisions, heating/cooling, etc. The Internet speed was issues. Mark & Kim provided many 'perks' we have not had at other VRBO's. Soda, water, & miscellaneous treats were waiting for us. In a nut shell, it is by far & away, the Best VRBO we had stayed!"

  • So Relaxing

"We spent two nights in the Cowboy Cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable, very cozy. It had all of the kitchen and bath furnishings we needed. After three nights of camping, it was fantastic to just bake a frozen pizza! I really appreciated that the porch had plenty of hummingbird feeders and looked out onto woodland. Lots of other birds stopped by. It felt very secluded, and was very quiet. The Hummingbird Cabin is a nice distance away and there are plenty of trees so you can barely even see it. Always deer and turkeys in the yard, and peacocks calling. We pushed the twin beds together to make a king. It was very comfortable. It was unexpectedly nice to be in bed and still watch the TV that's in the "living room" (sleeping area and living room/dining room are all one large room). There's lots of seating, inside and out. Harry and Judy were out of town, so we worked with their son Randy, who was super nice and very helpful. The cabins are in Ramsey Canyon, so it's a great base camp for visiting other birding hot spots in the area. We visited Carr, Ash, and Miller Canyons all with very little travel time between them and our home away from home. Not far from the San Pedro House, either. One thing to note is that people with mobility issues should realize there are several steps in the bathroom area. You have to use them to reach the toilet and shower. Also to enter the cabin by the porch. Not a negative, just something to be aware of. Anyway, a great stay and I already want to come back again!"

  • Beautiful home

"This home was so wonderful. The quality was such you don't regularly find for rentals. The setting was truly perfect...we could have stayed longer. Everything about this home is first class with absolutely everything you might need for a quality stay. It's peaceful and beautiful and we would certainly love to stay here again if in the area. Easy drive to Sierra Vista and Ft Huachua."
