  • Great time, great property. Debbie was great.

"The property is well located, the house was great and having the golf cart was a added bonus. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks Debbie."

  • Saguaro House was Lovely

"We enjoyed having breakfast, looking at the striking mountain view from both the kitchen and the outside patio area. All of the quails with their babies, bunnies, birds, and other "critters" entertained us! The cooking amenities/utilities were plentiful & the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean & comfortable. We were in town to look at retirement property, and had many appointments, so this was an excellent location to get everywhere quickly. The grocery stores and restaurants were also close by. Thank you John & Jean!"

  • Comfortable, well located home

"We enjoyed our month at this property. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable bedding and plenty of space. The view of the Catalinas out the front was beautiful. The back patio had plenty of shade because it sits below a hill. The location is wonderful - nestled in a nice quiet community but close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The only challenges were the small, L shaped garage that had a car in it which made parking our SUV tight and the five steps up to the entry that could be a problem for those less mobile."

  • Wonderful Winter Getaway Home

"My husband and I stayed in this lovely accommodation for the first two weeks of February. This town home is just like owning your very own spacious getaway. It is completely updated with lots of natural light and inviting outdoor spaces. The view from the back patio/yard of Pusch Ridge in the Catalina Mountains is spectacular, whether at dawn, during the day or when the sun is setting. If you like to cook, this place is for you. Every conceivable appliance and tool is available, along with all of the staples. The house is close to 3 grocery stores as well as Costco, Sprouts and Whole Foods. If you like to bicycle, the location is also ideal. It is 0.7 miles from a trail head onto The Loop, a paved 130-mile path that covers the entire Tucson area, as well as Oro Valley. My husband is semi-retired and loved the office area off of the kitchen, complete with excellent wireless and printer. After a few hours of "work", he would join me on a bike ride or hike or a visit to the Desert Museum. On our one cloudy, cool day in early February, I simply wrapped myself up in the blankets provided and read a book by the spa, enjoying the birds and flowers. There are several citrus trees (orange, grapefruit and lemon) that were loaded with fruit. The owner has a fruit picker as well as a juicer. We had fresh juice every morning. We don't often stay in VRBO properties because we are quite picky. This home as nice as a Four Seasons condo in a highend resort, with a whole lot more space and privacy."
