  • Beautiful home

"I rented this home for 4 days for a small family get together. For us it provided plenty of space 5 adults and 2 teens. We especially liked the kitchen living space which provided a superb area for our gatherings. With 3.5 baths, we had no issues meeting everyone's needs. Our second favorite area was the pool area. The shaded area could be use most of the day but was exceptionally nice in the evenings for small group chats. Another bonus to this secluded home was the shopping and restaurants just 5 miles away. The property owner, David, welcomed us warmly at the home when we arrived and gave us an orientation to the property. Overall, it's a great Tucson location and would stay again."

  • Beautiful home!

"My husband, daughter, and I vacationed in Tucson in late June, and we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful and comfortable this home is. It was well equipped with supplies, and coming "home" to this after a long day of playing in Tucson was a real treat. Our daughter loved splashing in the pool, and we made some delicious meals in Ron's very impressive kitchen! Everything about the house was just wonderful, and Ron generously answered all of our questions. We definitely plan to return to Tucson some day, and Ron will be the first person we call!"

  • It's a wowser!!

"The casita, the location, Claire and Larry, and the setting are simply wonderful. How wonderful? The acid test: We have already made our reservation to return next year and for a longer stay. Set against the Tortelino Mountains, with the Santa Catalinas, the Santa Ritas, the Rincon and the Tucson mountains on the horizon you cannot find a better place to be. There is a 2 mile walking loop through the desert, starting at the front door. Within 10 minutes we were at the trail head in the Tortelinos, and within 15 minutes at one of the trailheads in the Santa Catalinas. The tennis court is right outside the backdoor. Downtown Tucson is 25 minutes away. In 5 minutes you can be at a first rate supermarket. Sitting on the patio, we spotted 27 species of birds, many rabbits and lizards. Javelinas and deer and who knows what else are in the wilds nearby should you wish to seek them out. Cactus is in abundance. Claire and Larry are gracious and always ready to help if needed. Their house is situated so you and they have complete privacy. The casita is very comfortable, informal , and had almost everything we needed to make our stay very, very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are great. Having the guest bedrooms and bath off a separate hallway of the casita gave us and our visitor’s their own space. We just loved the place and our stay."

  • An oasis in the desert!

"I recently had the good fortune to stay at Patio House for 4 weeks! Everything about my stay was perfect. The furnishings are stunning. Everything you could possibly want or need is provided. The patios are secluded, quiet and peaceful. The grounds throughout the complex are meticulously maintained - it felt like I was living in a park! Being from Washington, I loved to see so much greenery. I highly recommend a stay at Patio House! I certainly hope to make a return trip! Thank you Christi and Paul for sharing your home with me!"
