"We loved our stay! There were nine of us, and there was more than enough room. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great! Had a lot of fun in the pool and watching the wildlife every morning. Guy was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Arizona in the future. Highly recommended!"

"This home was great for my 6 week stay. It is exactly as portrayed and Eric and Julie are most accommodating if a question arises. It was 90 degrees when I arrived but the home stayed so cool I didn't notice for 3 weeks that I had not yet turned on the air conditioning. Due to my limited mobility, I used the big first floor bedroom and adjoining bath and my guests really loved the 2nd floor master suite. I did go up and check out the upstairs a couple of times but with 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms on the first floor, I was sitting pretty without having to deal with any stairs, just one 3 inch rise between the original and newer wings of the house, which was not a problem for me.
The home is also furnished interestingly, with pieces from a number of countries. Everything is very pleasant and there are plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen appliances plus really comfortable beds.
The central location is ideal for everything you want to do, whether it be national parks, art exhibits or things on the University campus. We did them all. It's a very quiet neighborhood too, yet there are many restaurants nearby, and some very good places to eat among them. The home itself is gated, with plenty of parking in the courtyard. It is a lot of space and Ioved every part of it!"

"The casita, the location, Claire and Larry, and the setting are simply wonderful. How wonderful? The acid test: We have already made our reservation to return next year and for a longer stay. Set against the Tortelino Mountains, with the Santa Catalinas, the Santa Ritas, the Rincon and the Tucson mountains on the horizon you cannot find a better place to be. There is a 2 mile walking loop through the desert, starting at the front door. Within 10 minutes we were at the trail head in the Tortelinos, and within 15 minutes at one of the trailheads in the Santa Catalinas. The tennis court is right outside the backdoor. Downtown Tucson is 25 minutes away. In 5 minutes you can be at a first rate supermarket. Sitting on the patio, we spotted 27 species of birds, many rabbits and lizards. Javelinas and deer and who knows what else are in the wilds nearby should you wish to seek them out. Cactus is in abundance. Claire and Larry are gracious and always ready to help if needed. Their house is situated so you and they have complete privacy.
The casita is very comfortable, informal , and had almost everything we needed to make our stay very, very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are great. Having the guest bedrooms and bath off a separate hallway of the casita gave us and our visitor’s their own space. We just loved the place and our stay."

"This is a very nice house centrally located on a cul-de-sac.
Everything you could want is there in an organized fashion.
The beds and bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is big
enough for working in. NIce gas fireplace for the cooler time
of the year. The swimming pool didn't get any use but would
be nice in the warm months. Would use again on future visits."
