  • Great holiday visit!

"This is a great condo for families with room for all five of us to spread out! We came to Tucson for a 2016 holiday visit (Dec/Jan) and appreciated the owners providing a Christmas tree and decor- it made it feel like home. Kitchen is a little dated but it is big for a condo and all of the dishes, furniture, etc...was new or like new and every inch of the unit was sparkling clean. Living room was perfect for game night and movie night (it rained quite hard a few nights during our stay so we didn't venture out) with a big comfortable couch, loveseat and recliner. There is even a pack-and-play crib and sheets which made it convenient to keep ours upstairs in master for napping and extra one downstairs for playing. WiFi was very fast which my tween appreciated for gaming. We were all very comfortable here and will definitely be back! It was a relief not to be squeezed into a hotel or imposing on relatives for a long stay."

  • Space, desert beauty, peaceful, unusual and open architecture

"Very helpful manager, comfortable beds, well stocked, and clean. Especially appreciated the hummingbirds and having full feeders. Pool is lovely but too cold to swim in for us older folks. Can arrange to have it heated, but is costly. Loved the open desert space. Enjoyed a brief visit from a herd of Javelinas---fascinating and fun. A new gas grill and a fire pit added to the ambience. The house is custom built, unique, and attractive. It is oldish and has some maintenance needs. The sunken living room may be a classy idea, but has a safety issue with the step down in that it is not easy to see. Needs some bright tape along the edge or warning signs every four feet. Spoke with manager who will correct this. Some window coverings are damaged and couches are noticeably worn. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed this unique and beautiful property."

  • Beautiful SW Home

"We chose this home for a vacation due to its location close to my daughter. It is located on the east side of Tucson in an area where homes are located on 1 acre+ lots, so you have privacy (be prepared for non-paved access, but can easily get to property even with standard car). The house is very well-maintained and the owner provided quick responses to our questions. We had three small children and three adults and there was ample room for sleeping arrangements and day-to-day activities. You have relatively close access to grocery stores and some restaurants. Also close access to McDonald park for children. There is quick access to the main arterials that take you to into the city. This house is everything you would want for a more isolated, but comfortable stay in the desert SW!"

  • Views as Spectacular as Advertised

"We just completed a 2 month stay (our second time) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The townhome is very nice, very comfortable bedding and really well equipped kitchen. But what really brings us back is the patio/backyard and accompanying view. We spent so many evenings eating dinner al fresco while enjoying wonderful sunsets, or enjoying the sunset and then lighting a fire in the chiminea. Also, the location is really convenient with grocery and drug stores and a variety of restaurants close by, and numerous options for taking long walks/hikes not far away."
