  • Perfect!

"Our stay at Casa Amarillo was great! Very clean; close to shops on 4th, Tucson Visitor Center and the university; coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and blow dryer provided along with lots travel brochures. A future stay in Tucson will include this charming casita!"

  • A level above magnificent

"Casita Luminosa was a superlative sanctuary and refuge for myself and my trusty 4 legged cohort - Cyrus. I've only experienced such an incredible place once or twice in my life. The beauty and tranquility of the desert is highlighted in the very comfortably decorated abode. I was so happy I decided to give Tucson a chance, and beyond grateful that I got to stay in such elegant surroundings. Cynthia is a hostess of the finest order. She is thoughtful, kind, gracious and wonderfully accommodating. I wish there were more people like Cynthia in the world. It would be a much better place. If there were 6 stars, I'd easily give Casita Luminosa the rating. I hope to be able to return soon. And stay for much longer. Thank you for the experience of gracious living. It is a gift I will carry with me for quite some time."

  • Hiking Family

"We were looking to be well located for outdoor activities and this house worked out very well. We were able to get to many places to hike and sightsee, and sunsets were great. Although the house is in a very peaceful, beautiful and natural setting, we were also very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive to our questions while booking and before the trip. The house was well-equipped and well-kept and, although huge, was very comfortable. The pool and spa were nice to look at, but were a bit hard to use due to the need to heat them (was December) in advance. If your goal is hiking this was a great location. If it's to see the city of Tuscon itself you might want to stay someplace closer to town."

  • An oasis in the desert!

"I recently had the good fortune to stay at Patio House for 4 weeks! Everything about my stay was perfect. The furnishings are stunning. Everything you could possibly want or need is provided. The patios are secluded, quiet and peaceful. The grounds throughout the complex are meticulously maintained - it felt like I was living in a park! Being from Washington, I loved to see so much greenery. I highly recommend a stay at Patio House! I certainly hope to make a return trip! Thank you Christi and Paul for sharing your home with me!"
