  • Great Location, Immaculately Clean, Super Owner

"We've stayed at some of the other places in the area, Starr Pass and elsewhere. We started returning here due to the sweet owner. She has a real passion for the area and we quickly learned from her tips. We also appreciate how clean her place is, the others were, well, so so. I'm picky and I clean even as a guest, but this place is super well taken care of. The location of this property is also one of the best, if not the best -- due to lay out of the development, etc. We left the owner dinner and wine we were so appreciative. She took good care. Love this gal! Cheers Owl Casita, see you in a few months!"

  • Fantastic stay in an straight-out-of-a-magazine mid century architectural gem

"We had a wonderful stay with our family of 6 (4 adults / 2 kids 7 & 11). The vibe of the house was excellent - we loved the architecture, floor to ceiling windows, spacious rooms, and great views. We were fortunate to have perfect Tucson hot weather - a nice relief from the East Coast chill. The deck was nice to spend time out on, and the pool area was perfect for us - nice chairs and umbrellas under a cloudless sky. And pool time was great - we went in several times per day with the pool heated. Plenty of pool toys and lots and lots of towels which let us avoid having to constantly do laundry. The mid-century decor was perfect down to the details - Eames chairs and a great double-sized built in sofa in a living room with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We loved the aesthetic of the desert landscaping and our kids got a kick out of seeing a few lizards scurrying around. The Foothills area where the house is located is a beautiful area not too far from everywhere. First time back in Tucson since college in the 90s, and the town has really grown and developed significantly. Excellent food shopping nearby down the road from the house at Bashas, and nice spa luxuriating at the Spa at Lowe's Ventana Canyon. Loved brunch at Prep & Pastry (hip & tasty). Downtown has grown in a major way - we enjoyed grilled cheese on an inside out donut with local beers and craft whiskey at Batch, yummy Poke and creative sushi at Obon, and a fun visit to the legendary Hotel Congress. Real deal Mexican Food at BK, and an enjoyable breezy night game of UofA Softball on campus. And oh yeah: In-N-Out Burger - because Double Double [Protein Style] (undeniable). Nice treats in the fridge upon arrival, and small house requests were easily and quickly fulfilled by Anne. We'd be happy to come back again!"

  • Canyon Hideaway

"Enjoyed the month of December in this nicely laid out and decorated condo in a quiet neighbourhood at the base of the Catalina Mountains. Fabulous desert canyon walk/hike right out of the back gate of the complex. Only draw back is it is a bit of a drive to many attractions such as the museums and galleries downtown (30 minutes) or the Desert Museum, Old Tucson, and Mission San Xavier del Bac (40-50 minutes). Major carnivores may be put off by the lack of a grill on the pleasant screened deck/porch. Great resort golf course next door."

  • Paradise

"Welcoming views on the rolling hills West of Tucson Arizona, finds you a pleasant piece of paradise. Our stay there, in the middle of October was perfect with a large relaxing and well stocked home to the warm surroundings. We spent most of our time on the back patio watching the sunrise and enjoying the pool and spa. Mark and Paul were very helpful in showing us where things were and how things worked. They responded to all questions we had in a timely manner. We had a wonderful time there and hope to visit again in the Spring."
