  • Lovely home and neighborhood

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was decorated nicely, clean and well stocked. The three patios were a joy -- we moved from one to the other depending on the time of day. We took many walks throughout the Civano neighborhood, admiring the fauna and birds, used the pools and, of course, stopped at the coffee shop. We highly recommend!"

  • This place is a jewel!

"Location is fabulous, in the beautiful Santa Catalina foothills. Close to excellent restaurants, walking trails, Sabino Canyon, shops, etc. The nature walk along the Rillitio River is especially sweet. The condo is well furnished, everything in great condition (I appreciate the high quality of bedding and linen - thanks Gina!) I used the fitness center, and hot tub - very nice not to have to drive to use those amenities. Neighbors are nice, generally friendly. Working with Dan and Gina has been a pleasure and treat. Thanks! I'll be back!"

  • Charming vintage house, walking distance from downtown

"I really enjoyed my stay at La Casa Verde. It is a small house, but I liked the vintage/authentic Tucson feel with modern functionality, especially the redone kitchen and bath, and handy washer/dryer. Downtown and 4th street are about a mile walk away, and there's a nice walk around Arroyo Chico just a half block away. You will hear trains, and to a lesser extent the jets from the military base; some sort of white noise helps for sleeping. The pictures above don't show the fenced backyard (which was nice when travelling with a dog); also the cafe pictured above has closed, but the Welcome Diner has opened just around the corner. Oh, and skip nearby Del Taco for the Taco Shop just down Broadway."
