  • 😄Casa Jacobus

"CJ is centrally located, very comfortable, and cute. Mary has covered every detail of what a traveler would need or could possibly want -PLUS!! Even though we didn't have the pleasure of meeting her, she was in contact and always responded immediately. We would not hesitate to stay there again."

  • Perfect!

"Our stay at Casa Amarillo was great! Very clean; close to shops on 4th, Tucson Visitor Center and the university; coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and blow dryer provided along with lots travel brochures. A future stay in Tucson will include this charming casita!"

  • Best Casita Ever!

"When my wife and I were looking for a place to rent for a couple of weeks in Tucson, we came across this casita. We immediately noticed that every single review was a 5 star review. I don't think we had seen that before and wondered if it was possible. The answer quite simply is YES!!! We have traveled extensively and have stayed in many casitas over the years and I can say quite convincingly that this is the best casita we have ever stayed in! Where to begin...First of all, Dave and Ro were great hosts. Very friendly, always helpful but we always had plenty of privacy. The pride of ownership is evident everywhere. Even the pictures don't do this casita justice. Very well designed architecturally, great artwork throughout the house and a real Southwestern feel. Very clean and very comfortable. Additionally, there is a big backyard, well landscaped, with a private sitting area right outside the casita door that has a grill, a nice table to eat at and two comfortable chairs for reading. We spent many hours outside reading in this serene environment. As an extra bonus, the location of the casita is great. We have stayed and vacationed in Tucson several times before but never in this NE part of town. We really, really liked this part of town. Removed from the hustle and bustle of central Tucson, the area has a nice rural feel to it yet we were just minutes away from major shopping centers. The views of the Santa Catalina mountains from this casita are stunning! Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is just minutes away as is Bear Creek Canyon. So the hiking was great. Also, there is a nice 2 mile hiking loop you can take right from the house that skirts the boundaries of a nearby destination spa. We ended up doing this 2 mile loop almost everyday we were here! Excellent hosts, a beautiful casita and a superb location...we'll definitely be back. This truly is a very, very fine house!"

  • Excellent Cottage

"The cottage was as advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. We felt at home. The location was convenient. Trader Joe's was a short walk away. Rex welcomed us when we arrived, and gave us a good tour so that we knew where everything was in the cottage, and how to operate everything."
