  • Good price that comes with a view!

"This property was fairly priced and came with a wonderful view. It provided a great place to relax and commune with the family. Thank you for providing a place that is away from the city, yet convenient. The road getting there was a bit rough, but it all worked all great."

  • Living in a Wonderland

"The most fascinating place we've ever stayed. Never a dull moment, the multitude of birds and wildlife kept us entertained daily. I added over 30 new species to my life list, and they were up close and personal. No scanning the treetops with binoculars. They came right to the feeders within feet of the windows and screened porches. The acorn woodpeckers are like cartoon birds, and the hummingbirds were so numerous, we often had 8 or 9 at one feeder. We saw kit foxes and had visits from a coati and collared peccaries. Too many new critters to enumerate here. The house suited us admirably. Bright, clean and simple. Easy to care for and very comfortable. We loved the screened porches, with the 270 degree vistas and wildlife. Flux Canyon is a great place to walk and hike, and only a couple miles to Patagonia for groceries, library, galleries, etc. 18 miles from the border, and Nogales, it's easy to visit Mexico. And of course, it is in the heart of the sky islands, surrounded by other mountain ranges, all fascinating. I guess I can't say enough about what a find this place was and how lucky for us that we were able to rent it for the month of February. I tell folks it was like living in the middle of an aviary."

  • Big and secluded close to U of A.

"Exactly as advertised - no surprises. Very nice! Perfect location for a U of A football game reunion for two families. Comfortable rooms, beds, and linens for at least eight. Large kitchen table easily accommodated eight for extended breakfast. Location is off the street, behind a secure metal gate, and away from any street noises. Close to grocery shopping, downtown, and the U of A campus. Eric was an excellent host offering dinner suggestions and help working the TV (our problems not Eric's units). The Thailand themed home decor was interesting and tasteful. Would return and strongly recommend this property to others."

  • Awesome family holiday rental!

"What a great time we had at this wonderful house! Our far flung families were able to spend time with our Tucson family in comfort here, with the highlights being the spa/heated pool, the bathrooms in each room, and the open floor plan. The pictures really do not do this place justice. The large kitchen/breakfast/living room areas allow people to have individual conversations, as well as one big one, which was great for Christmas. It's got a huge master in one wing, 3 bedrooms in the other, and a separate casita for the 5th bedroom. The house feels very private, as the houses are few and far between. You're surrounded by desert and are able to see the beautiful Tucson sunsets every night. We all went for walks around the area, seeing javelinas, a coyote and a jackrabbit. Bill was very responsive and made our time there the best it could be. It was our first time at this property, but probably not our last. Highly recommended!"
