  • Nice, big home, great location.

"We enjoyed our stay here. There were three couples and two children. There are three separate areas for the sleeping quarters, a perfect layout for our family. The home was very large and had many sitting and dining areas. The kitchen was big and very open. The backyard/pool area was wonderful, plenty of space in the sun and shade. The location was great, close to stores but in a nice residential area. We saw a bobcat, bunnies and quail in the neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and everything was as described."

  • Perfect Home Away From Home

"We could not have been happier with this well-appointed townhome. Besides having everything we needed during our 2-week stay, the northern eastside location was convenient to great hiking and many attractions. And, Jeanine could not have been more helpful -- truly a gem of a host. We'll definitely re-book for our next Tucson trip. (p.s. The beds are fabulous!)"

  • Spotless, sunny, relaxing, homey; wonderful stay!!

"We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived! Both the house and yard were spotless, and the sun that shone in the upper windows helped us to know that we were in the sunny south! The owner was clearly available by phone, if needed. Wifi was reliable and fast. The kitchen is spacious enough that we could all work in there and not be in each others way. Beds are all comfortable, with lovely bedding. It was wonderful to sit in the yard in the mornings and watch the hummingbirds in the flowers. The community pool is close to the home, well kept, and we spent many late afternoons soaking up the sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again if in the area. Our home away from home!!"

  • Convenient Location But A Bit "Industrial"

"The casita is convenient to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona and many tourist sites, but it's on an narrow street/alley behind a not-very-vibrant business district and not far from the railroad tracks and a park with quite a few homeless folks living in it. We got used to the train noises and the homeless folks never bothered us, but the casita was not a place where we wanted to spend a lot of time; we just used it as a "home base" for sleeping and showering. And for that use, the place was a good value. As for interior amenities, the kitchen was adequate, but could have used more silverware; the linens were good, but the bed was softer than we like; and the AC worked fine, but it would have been nice if windows opened and stayed open by themselves (they were in very poor shape)."
