  • Charming Southwest Casita

"We loved our stay in this sweet casita at the base of the Catalina Foothills Mountains. Gorgeous views of the Catalina Mountains from living room and back patio (our favorite spot for a morning cup of coffee). Spacious and comfortable."

  • Great place in a beautiful setting

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we loved the casita and the setting...close to Saguaro National Park where we hiked as well as a good launch point to visit the Desert Museum, Catalina State park etc. We couldn't recommend the casita more highly."

  • Home away from Home

"The unit we stayed in was bright and comfortable and had everything we needed. More than enough room for the two of us with two full baths and two spacious bedrooms. The place is exactly as photos show. Furniture is perhaps a little dated but comfortable and clean. There is a small very private patio with a table, umbrella and chairs We used the patio a lot just to sit out and read as it was not really hot enough to hang out by the pool. The complex itself is very quiet and well looked after. We were there for 11 days and every day there were people working around the grounds, cutting grass, weeding etc. It's an older quite extensive condo complex and for the most part is kept up well. The one area we felt could be improved upon was the pool area. Nice enough layout and appeared to be clean but just starting to look a little shabby and definitely in need of new and more poolside chairs. Great location with lots of restaurants, fast food and grocery stores just around the corner and once we got our bearings very easy to get around from there to any other part of the city The owners of our unit were very pleasant and friendly. We were fortunate to meet them while there and they immediately asked how everything was and if there was anything we needed. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay there again!"

  • Nice central location. Great for pets.

"This was the perfect spot for our dog. The private courtyard and covered porch allowed us to leave the dog outside when we were gone for longer periods. He was able to explore the large courtyard and then sleep in his crate on the porch. That really freed us up. We enjoyed the location since it was only a block to the supermarket and Walmart, and centralized to the whole Tucson area. The house is comfortable, the layout is great and it is roomy for a one bedroom. We have been married for over 25 years now so the twin beds did not bother us. Mike has invested in some very nice beds, which were nicer than our bed at home; very comfortable. The rest of the home is well stocked, and supplied with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the stay. The house is dated but we liked the southwestern decor and the interesting touches that fill the place. We did have trouble with the internet. Mike came over within half an hour and helped us fix it the first time. We are not computer people but Mike is; he thought the recurring problem had something to do with our computer; we don't know, but we could not establish an internet connection for most of our stay, so we visited Redbox a lot and watched movies on the TV, which is a nice flat screen model."
