  • The Best

"This was our 3rd time staying in this lovely home and we loved it just as much as the other times! Preben is so nice to work with, the home is spectacular, the location is perfect. I just can't say enough about how much our family has enjoyed this home! Thanks Preben!"

  • Great Bike Camp Setting

"Each February our bike team heads to sunny Tucson to ride, restaurant hop and have some laughs and it turns out that this home was tailor made for just that purpose. Previously owned and furnished by none other than Tour de France stud Tommy Danielson the house and casita easily gave 8 of us plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. We had privacy and quiet for naps. We had public space for beer and BS. A fully equipped kitchen was super nice, everything from 50 watter bottles to mixers, pots pans, etc - it is set up to cook for a small army of hungry cyclists. The 3 car garage comes complete with bike work stands, pumps, the works. Beds were nice, showers hot, all appliances perfect. HVAC was responsive. Pool was unheated so icy and the firepit was gas and not much for heat but no worries, it was quiet at night, stars, javelinas and coyotes too. Most dinners we drove into town, 20-30 min, but a few near by. All doors are digital codes perfect for a big group with people coming and going vs a key or two. Great rides, just a few minutes from Saguaro east, Colossal Cave, Pistol Hill and of course LeBuzz cafe and Mt Lemon. A little traffic noise as Spanish trail is a relatively busy road for cars and cyclists too (vs being in some subdivision) but this home really has its back turned toward the road, deck with pool and is private and quiet. TV, cable, netflix etc. Internet was stable and while not crazy fast it was good enough for staying connected. Fireplace in livingroom and master bedroom is a nice touch. BBQ grill and patio furniture is ready for a poolside party. Sunrises across Lemon and Rincon range are pretty sweet. Great place!"

  • The cottage was clean, comfortable and in a nice location.

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The cottage is in a nice location close to shopping yet had a rural feel. Charlene and Allison were very nice and helpful. They supplied magazines, maps and pamphlets on local dinning and attractions along with a free parking pass to the many parks around the area."

  • WOW, WONDERFUL, WAY better than a hotel

"Everything we needed for a wonderful week in Tucson. FUN, FUN, and QUITE neighborhood near the University. Home was well supplied with all we needed and more. Lillian even bought a slow cooker for us so we could come home from a day exploring and have a hot dinner ready. Parking was easy and safe, with good access to home. Kitchen had everything you needed and was easy to cook in. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and and large sink and lighting were great. Our hosts treated us like family and even had fruit and snacks when we arrived! Only problem was we did NOT want to leave! WE made great Thanksgiving Memories and will come back again."
