  • Convenient Location But A Bit "Industrial"

"The casita is convenient to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona and many tourist sites, but it's on an narrow street/alley behind a not-very-vibrant business district and not far from the railroad tracks and a park with quite a few homeless folks living in it. We got used to the train noises and the homeless folks never bothered us, but the casita was not a place where we wanted to spend a lot of time; we just used it as a "home base" for sleeping and showering. And for that use, the place was a good value. As for interior amenities, the kitchen was adequate, but could have used more silverware; the linens were good, but the bed was softer than we like; and the AC worked fine, but it would have been nice if windows opened and stayed open by themselves (they were in very poor shape)."

  • Great Get Away

"This casita is a gem in a great location. You have a rural feel with all the amenities of the city minutes away. Quiet, private, and very clean! Laura takes good care of her guests with all the amenities that they will need to get started with their stay and information where to go for great Tucson food and sites. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies, including a variety of spices. We appreciated the lemon tree on the property which had THE best fresh lemons we ever tasted, and Laura generously shared them with us! If we return to Tucson, this is our number one choice of a place to stay."

  • 20 Reflections Review

"My wife and I rented this property for the month of April, 2017. We were able to watch the desert awaken at this time. The condo was spotlessly clean, the decor was very appropriate to a desert setting and everything you could possibly need for house-keeping was available. We felt at home right away and loved everything about the setting, including the proximity to eating establishments and grocery stores. The outdoor patio was the perfect place to have a meal or just a coffee and listen to the sounds of the birds. We enjoyed the other amenities such as the pool, the hot-tub and the exercise room. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the sun. We have already rebooked for 2018."

  • Clean and quiet

"This ground floor condo is clean and quiet with beautiful tile floors. Very well maintained. I stayed for a week, mainly because very good friends of mine own and live in another condo in the same complex, which is gated. I felt totally secure. The bed is super comfortable and convinced me that very soon my wife and I must replace our old mattress at our house in Oregon. I attended the Palo Verde High School's Class of 1966 Fiftieth Reunion and visited family and friends, while I enjoyed this wonderful condo in my home town for a special week. Susan Sheldon is a perfect property manager, who visited my first afternoon. I highly recommend renting this condo."
