  • Big , beautiful home with amazing view .

"Our group of six adults spent a week at this property and had a great time. The pictures are accurate but a little misleading as the scale of the rooms here is so large. I think the ornate front door is 12' tall.Rooms are large and clean.Beds are comfy. Weather was warm so our group spent most of our time on the huge covered patio (bigger than some houses I've lived in ). The fire pit was a little awkward to turn on ( the valve is being revised ) but was amazing in the evening with the city lights in the background. We were there at the end of September and the weather was cooler a couple of days. Since the pool is shaded from the sun much of the day this time of year, I recommend arranging for pool heat. The owner was eager to make sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with."

  • Wonderful Property and Owner, Better Than Pics!

"Don't hesitate to book this property!!! It is very conveniently located in the safe and well-maintained Starr Pass area. The home is clean and very well equipped with lots of room for sleeping and lounging. Bigger than it looks from the outside. The view and privacy from the back patio is also even better than the pictures. Wildlife abounds! We saw a group of 8 javelina on our first night there. I loved lazing in the swing and watching the geckos play around on the property. As I was nursing a back injury I relaxed in the master soaking tub every night. Lovely! Debby was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. We couldn't have asked for more! Only two small things to note, 1) For some reason the garage seemed short. We were not able to pull our rental Durango in - not a big deal in March weather and we were able to lock it in on the parking pad (very convenient), 2) if you haven't stayed in Starr Pass before the only down side is that it is a bit of a drive to shopping but TOTALLY worth it for the safety and natural beauty. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!"

  • Long Time Visitors

"We stayed here for three winters. When we saw the description and location our interest was strong as we knew the area from prior Tucson visits. We truly loved the casita, the hosts, the general area and the privacy. From day one it was clear that our hopes had been realized and surpassed. Apart from the casita itself, the area is lovely. You really feel that you are in the southwest without having to "rough it." Wildlife is always nearby as is one of the best cafes in Tucson. And the night sky from the casita is without peer. This is as good as it gets."

  • Super Stay

"Recently stayed at the Condo of Ms. Ginnie Moore in Tucson. I must say it was exactly what was described to me and exactly what I expected. Ms. Ginnie maintained great communication with me concerning all the details I would need to access the Condo, what to do when there and how the condo should be left on departure. I loved to organization and detail she used. She even had great area maps and information complied in a guest book to assist with what to do and where to go. A very big shout out to her and her husband for providing this to me and I will stay there again on mu next trip to the area, if available."
