  • Another wonderful stay

"This was our second stay at this property. See my previous review for more details. It still feels like staying in a rather luxurious hotel - but with more space and total privacy. This time we were able to make use of the patio - what a treat (last visit was in June and too hot for us). The owner could not be more helpful and welcoming. We'll be back!"

  • Awesome place to enjoy the Sonoran desert

"Our family of four stayed at this lovely guest house in April. The house is lovely and sits on a quiet piece of property near Tucson Mountain Park and Saguaro National Park. We enjoyed mountain biking and hiking at the nearby Sweetwater Preserve as well as Tucson Mountain Park, and the birds were great. Both around the property and nearby. It's a short drive in to town, but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet."

  • Perfect Tuscon Getaway

"I just returned from my stay and am missing this lovely Adobe home already! This was one of my favorite all time VRBO rentals! I would say this would be my dream vacation home! The location was perfect and had a remote feel although it was not. The Adobe home is just beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a pair of doves raising 2 young in the bedroom window, I was able to watch them grow up in a week! Lots of wildlife here. I saw hummingbirds, rabbits, coyotes, Great horned owl, scorpion and even a tarantula!"

  • Perfect desert retreat

"We were looking for something quiet near Saguaro Park East, where we could relax and cook and enjoy the desert. This guest house was perfect - it just "worked". Everything we needed was there - a complete kitchen, relaxing couches, a huge number of closets and storage space, a comfortable bed - spotless and in perfect shape. There's also cable if you want it. Micole lives on the same property and was born to be a host. He touched base several times to be sure we had what we needed. He brought over some fresh grapefruit from his tree. A light bulb burned out while we were there and Micole was over ASAP to deal with it. We're already planning out next visit."
