  • Beautiful well-maintained condo

"We spent a wonderful week in the condo at the Greens. The condo has new finishes and very nice furniture, including on the very nice terrace. The management is very responsive to any questions and issues that arose. The condo had the basics so you can just move in and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and the amenities of the Greens (pools, hot tub, etc.) as well as a breakfast for residents to celebrate the Rodeo!"

  • Beautiful home in a great location.

"This is the owners' home, which they rent out while they are traveling, so it's really like staying at a friend's house, not a rental. There are lots of things of a personal nature, like photos (I recognized one of their sons, who used to manage a local restaurant), and the place is very well kept, as you'd expect of such a home in a great neighborhood. The layout of the primary living space is remarkably functional. I had 10 relatives in town for three days, four staying at my home and the rest at this one, and we got together for afternoon socializing and dinner there every night. We couldn't get everyone around the table, but we put the two young girls at the counter, where they could have some time to themselves, while only being a dozen feet away. There was everything that you need to cook and serve whatever you'd like, with a Whole Foods and Safeway less than a mile away, and a much better market (AJ's) only a few miles farther. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants in close proximity if you don't want to cook on vacation. Don't miss breakfast or lunch at the Tohono Chul Tearoom, which is only about a half mile away. The outdoor area is lovely, and we were able to enjoy the typical Tucson weather for this time of year (i.e., highs in the mid to upper 70s and sunny most all of the time, though not enough to warm the pool up yet, except for the most cold-tolerant among us). The owners asked if there was anything they could do to improve it, and no one staying there could really think of anything."

  • Great week in Tucson

"Clean, well appointed with convenient location to Rillito bike trail and Sabino Canyon hiking. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Full size washer and dryer. Garage was a plus for parking our bikes and motorcycles. Bed in master was comfortable with great bathroom and large closet. There would be plenty of room here for a family vacation. The only thing I feel could use some work is the patio furniture. I would definitely stay here again. Owners quickly responded to email questions."

  • Excellent vacation rental

"It was everything that was promised. You do need a car but it was nicely located. We had a wonderful visit of museums, parks and restaurants and we hope to make a return visit. Karrine, property manager, was very helpful, courteous and easy to communicate with."
