  • Great house with an even greater view

"We, 3-senior couples from WA. state, stayed at this great home for 10-days in January. We were very impressed with the home, the location (3-miles west of I-10 and 2-miles from Safeway) and with all of our correspondence with Ron, the owner. The home has 3-bedrooms with king beds and flat screen TV's and each bedroom has it's own bath, which makes for an ideal set-up for 3-couples. The home also includes a pool table for inside recreation, as well as a hot tub and swimming pool in the back yard. We used the hot tub ever night, but because of the cooler weather, we did not make use of the pool. The home sits up on a hill which give you a 180 degree view of the Tucson valley. Ron, the owner, was great to work with. We had a lot of questions before we signed the rental agreement and he was quick to answer all of these questions. Alan, the welcoming host, met us at the home when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home and explained everything. He also did a great job and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. Over all, this was one of the best rentals we have had through VRBO. We will definitely rent this home again, when we return to Tucson next year. Jim from Lynden, WA"

  • Perfect!

"My wife and I stayed here while at a conference at Starr Pass. The resort was just a short walk away, and this house was the perfect spot to come back to after a day spent inside. It was great to relax by the pool and decompress. We have already recommended it to our family who travel with friends and like to golf. There would definitely be enough room for us to crash their trip and make it 6. The owner was very helpful and made our first VRBO experience easy."

  • Nice house, great location

"My friend and I met in Tucson, coming from different states, to attend the Tucson Book Festival. The house in Barrio Historico was perfect for us: the location was great, the house was well stocked, and it was very comfortable to be in. The neighborhood itself is an interesting one to be in, and it's also walking distance from downtown, Congress Street, and the warehouse arts district. We could walk to any number of museums, breweries, and restaurants. The house provided us a welcome reprieve from touring! :) There's a bus line too, in case anyone needs public transportation. The hostess was easy to communicate with and getting into the house was convenient. Would go back again!"

  • A great place to stay, we felt fortunate to be able to book it

"House is located in pleasant, tidy neighborhood. Tasteful, quality decorating, especially the recently updated master suite, and the whole house is exceptionally clean. All necessities for a short stay are provided. Very nice enclosed patio with furnishings adjacent to the saltwater pool with waterfall. An extra plus is the very pleasant, accommodating owner. The house was shared by 6 adults in Tucson to attend an U of A graduation and found it an easy commute to the campus from the house."
