  • Wonderful Winter Getaway Home

"My husband and I stayed in this lovely accommodation for the first two weeks of February. This town home is just like owning your very own spacious getaway. It is completely updated with lots of natural light and inviting outdoor spaces. The view from the back patio/yard of Pusch Ridge in the Catalina Mountains is spectacular, whether at dawn, during the day or when the sun is setting. If you like to cook, this place is for you. Every conceivable appliance and tool is available, along with all of the staples. The house is close to 3 grocery stores as well as Costco, Sprouts and Whole Foods. If you like to bicycle, the location is also ideal. It is 0.7 miles from a trail head onto The Loop, a paved 130-mile path that covers the entire Tucson area, as well as Oro Valley. My husband is semi-retired and loved the office area off of the kitchen, complete with excellent wireless and printer. After a few hours of "work", he would join me on a bike ride or hike or a visit to the Desert Museum. On our one cloudy, cool day in early February, I simply wrapped myself up in the blankets provided and read a book by the spa, enjoying the birds and flowers. There are several citrus trees (orange, grapefruit and lemon) that were loaded with fruit. The owner has a fruit picker as well as a juicer. We had fresh juice every morning. We don't often stay in VRBO properties because we are quite picky. This home as nice as a Four Seasons condo in a highend resort, with a whole lot more space and privacy."

  • Amazing home!

"We went to the Gem and Mineral Show to make business purchases. It was hectic and having this amazing home to come to was awesome. There were so many animals that visited us daily. Hummingbirds, bunnies, coyotes and one night a rat. We listened to their messages and they were spot on. The TV was huge but we hardly turned it on. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful desert and sitting outside. They are also very generous with the household supplies. More generous than any other home we have ever rented."

  • Tucson Historic District Bungalow

""Love at first sight" describes our initial reaction to this charming bungalow in the Historic Catalina Vista neighborhood - the only disappointment being that it was already rented for next March before we could reserve it. The house is cleverly and comfortably decorated and clean. Its location is very convenient to many good restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, bike and hiking trails, the Trolley line, art galleries, the U of A and other sight seeing ventures. When two other couples visited us for four days, it was not at all crowded feeling. There was plenty of living space, both inside and out - the back garden/patio was perfect for fun camaraderie as well as great bird watching. The owner was easily accessible and attentive, taking care of a couple of minor house needs immediately. We highly recommend this cozy rental for adults and for families with children."
