  • 5 Stars aren't quite enough!

"My husband and I have just stayed 3 weeks in this lovely home in central Tucson. We were looking for a quiet place to rest, warm up from the colder/rainier than usual north west winter, and do some exploring around southern Arizona. This home made all of that possible! We found working with Leslie to be a pleasant experience from start to finish. She resides on the property so is available at all times and takes very good care of her guests! We were greeted with a spotlessly clean, fully stocked home with all the necessary amenities and more! In addition, Leslie provided fresh flowers, a well stocked modern kitchen complete with bottled water, coffee/tea, fresh fruit, and breakfast biscuits! She is very well organized and provided clear instructions on how to operate all appliances, etc. and gave comprehensive lists of resources for groceries, dining, university offerings, recreation and more! While here we have hiked in Sabino Canyon, Catalina State Park and frequently enjoyed the nearby Rillito River walkways. The house is no more than 30 minutes from most attractions we found interesting. We saw a Broadway play "Motown", toured the Arizona State Museum and Art Museum all on the nearby U of A campus. The Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum and Pima Air and Space Museum were also well worth our time. Therefore, 5 stars aren't quite enough to rate this property and we look forward to coming back next year! Thank you, Leslie!"

  • Fantastic Stay

"Our condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed including nice pool towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and laundry was free. The only downside was it was located on a busy street so if you were on the street side it was noisy on weekend nights but it was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do."

  • Wonderful Stay!

"I'm local, but I rented this property as a "home base" of sorts for our wedding. I wanted a gorgeous property to use as we got ready the morning of the wedding and decided to split the costs with some out-of-town guests as well. It was a great price for such a beautiful and spacious home! We had everything we needed and then some. Everyone who stopped by commented on how beautiful the house was too! However, I did have some trouble sleeping in the master bedroom. I didn't see this in the description, but now that I know about it I noticed it in the photos as well... there's a "passthrough" above the door of the master bedroom. I'm not sure what the purpose is, but it is a rather large "hole" that makes it really noisy. If anyone is in the kitchen or living room (talking, watching tv, playing pool, etc.), you can hear EVERYTHING. Had I known, I might have brought some earplugs to help. The guests in the house weren't being loud by any means, but you could hear conversations as though they were happening right next to you. If privacy is an issue for you, know that anything that happens in the master bedroom can also be heard in the living room and kitchen areas. Definitely not something that would keep me from coming back, but I would want to be more prepared for that. Other folks also had a little difficulty finding the right house - a couple of people who stopped by to say hi knocked on the door to the house in front of us (which I felt horrible about, but the folks there were very nice about these intrusions), even though we told them it was the back house. Just make sure to remind any guests multiple times or offer to meet them by the street and show them the way. This home met our needs and I would happily rent it again!"

  • Well maintained in a quiet multigenerational neighborhood with greenery and mature trees.

"The property manager, Jeanine, was both attentive and sincere. She greeted us with warm homemade oatmeal cookies, wine, snacks and a fresh bouquet. She proved to be a valuable resource for helping us navigate interest areas for cultural sites and restaurants available. She also checked in periodically to insure our visit was enjoyable. The townhouse was comfortable and well maintained. The beds and bedding were cozy with down pillows and comforters. Access to laundry facilities was a bonus as well as a fully equipped kitchen. I would only suggest another chair for the living room with a heavier area rug and more lighting. We enjoyed every day of our visit and the weather was fabulous as well. Thank you again! We would highly suggest staying in this rental home. Julie & Tom Mountz Honor, MI"
