  • Stunning, Spiritual, Sunny, Soothing, Spectacular- A Special Stay

"This beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and fully equipped detached home was the perfect place to enjoy comfort, tranquility, peace in the warm, wonderful climate of Tucson. It's more than a place to come home to, it feels like a resort itself. Light from the east poured into and filled the open living room and kitchen area from 9 windows or doors. High ceilings gave an added sense of openness, with no unit above. The three bedrooms are gorgeous, comfortable, new floors, restful and 2 full bathrooms updated and beautiful. Arizona nature is right outside the door, with a private patio and unobstructed views of wild desert and stunning mountains. Right behind the home is a paved "wash" that goes for miles, easy access to walking or biking. It was away from the city and felt very resort like, but an easy, quick drive back to town. There was a heavenly heated pool and hot tub with palm trees and a view of the mountains. It is near the Omni resort, a great location for eating out (or golfing.) The owner, Amany, was kind throughout and her spirit is evident in the special decorations that make this home unique. Thank you for sharing your incredible home!"

  • Wonderful, Friendly, Positive

"We and another couple had a wonderful week staying in this condo. It was exactly as advertised. All amenities available and in place. The screened-in private patio was an early morning favorite while enjoying coffee and breakfast. This condo is conveniently located to the pool, hot tub, club house, parking, grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, Ventana Canyon (in the backyard), Sabino Canyon Recreational area, etc. As first time visitors to Tucson, the week was action packed. Activity highlights: Sonoran Desert & Museum; Tombstone, AZ; San Xavier del Bac Mission; the tram and hike in Sabino Canyon. Restaurants we liked: Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse, El Churro, Risky Business, Gentle Ben's (near U of AZ campus). The owners are very accomodating with exceptional communication. Will definitely recommend to friends and/or relatives, but would like to keep it a secret!"

  • Perfect rental - what a great find!

"We go to Tucson regularly to visit family and have stayed in many rental properties. This casita is by far the best of any. Wonderful location - it feels like you're in the middle of the desert, but you're actually only minutes from stores, restaurants, etc. We were there in June so it was too hot (for us) to take full advantage of the lovely patio but I can imagine basically living out there at a cooler time of the year. The house feels open and airy, with comfortable seating in the living room area and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was great - well designed with everything you would need. The owner was available and helpful, and was willing to make a last minute accommodation to our changing schedule. She had also provided items such as wine, water, shampoo, soap, etc! It felt like a very elegant hotel - only better. We hope to rent this casita again on our next visit to Tucson - this will be the first time that we have returned to a property."

  • Sonoran Retreat

"My husband and I stayed over the weekend for a special celebration and had a wonderful visit. Our favorite activities were just sitting on the porch swing (overlooking the city in a very peaceful setting) while we watched the sun rise and set each day. We enjoyed the same while experiencing a full moon. We hiked the Sweetwater trail which is within walking distance of this lovely casita. We explored the neighborhood, the downtown areas, the Sonoran Desert Museum and the Silverbell Lake. The accommodations were perfect for us, providing the privacy and benefits of being in a "home" vice a hotel room. Our hosts were very gracious as well. The home is comfortable and well stocked. Recommend this for anyone interested in enjoying solitude and beauty."
