  • Lovely house

"My now husband, myself and our 2 friends stay there over the weekend for our wedding. The location is perfect, the layout, style overall feel of the house was perfect. With that being said when you pay 280 a night to stay the beds better be perfect, to me the most important thing about a rental is the comfort of the bed. The 1st night I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night which was our wedding night my husband slept in the bed together however we was up all night tossing and turning. The beds are hard as a rock. I will say again the house itself is absolutely stunning overall we had amazing time. If they were to get NEW BEDS we will for sure be back."

  • Beautiful cabin, wonderful host!

"My husband and I stayed at the "Little Cabin" the weekend before Valentine's Day as a babymoon retreat. The cabin was beautiful! We spent some time hiking, and went into town and explored Eureka Springs. Cheryl was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout booking all the way to post-checkout. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back!"

  • Great Cottage for a family or friend getaway!

"This cottage was even cuter than expected! A group of my friends (7 people - 3 couples and one single person) stayed in this cottage for two nights and it accommodated us perfectly. The Living Room is a comfortable space where we played games. The back deck is large and great for hanging out as well. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and I especially appreciated the coffee, toilet paper, towels, paper towels, and dish washer detergent that was provided! Bryan and Lil were great hosts. Bryan was there to show us around upon arrival and Lil even baked cookies for us! The walk into downtown is a little long (in the middle of summer!), but it would be perfect in nice weather! The only thing that we didn't expect was having the property office attached to the house; however, we were typically gone during office hours anyways. No complaints regarding this stay... everyone was really impressed."

  • Comfortable kitschy home - great for families

"I was pleasantly surprised how close this home was to downtown. A short drive from the Crescent, Thorncrown Chapel and Lake Leatherwood. The home was clean and quirky with lots of rooms and two decks to have breakfast on. The beds were comfortable. The tv had everything i wanted to watch, though some instructions would have been helpful. The kitchen has most cookware but had to improvise for a pot lid. The hot tub was a favorite but could have been a few degrees warmer. Enjoyed the pool table. You might want to bring a couple ping pong balls if you are planning to stay here. Note that the master bedroom is upstairs with 3 beds. The others are downstairs. You may also want to leave an outside light on or bring a light source if you plan to be out after dark so you can see to put the key in the lock. Just a great experience overall. I would stay here again. I wish we could have taken advantage of the pool. It looked fabulous."
