  • INCREDIBLE

"We celebrated my Mother's 90th birthday in this incredible location. She is almost blind, we would described the view and squinting her eyes she could tell it was beautiful. She knows the White River and told us stories about it as it flowed below us. The cabin was perfect as we put my mom and sister in the large master bedroom on the top floor and she easily found her way around. My husband and I stayed on the lower floor and it was spacious with a beautiful view as well. We could not have been happier. On the last day we saw eagles, she desperately wanted to see them too, I was able to capture a picture and blow it up big enough for her to see the black dot in the sky, she was thrilled! One never knows what you will find when you rent a place sight unseen - this is one of the most magical places we've stayed in, the view is truly breath-taking. I believe they call these cabins but it was more of a house with a cabin exterior. There were decks on two levels overlooking the valley below. We had a gorgeous sunset and when we woke up and looked out it was as though we were in the clouds, I felt like I was in 'Avalon'. We had everything we needed and collectively we decided we didn't need to go anywhere it was perfect right where we were. It was her best birthday celebration yet - I hope we are blessed and get to bring her back for her 91st birthday."

  • Perfect for big family Thanksgiving!

"Very comfortable for our party of 10, and we could easily have fit in several more. Beautiful view of lake and surrounding scenery from house and deck. Lots of things to visit in area, including wonderful Crystal Bridges museum and fun shopping in Eureka Springs."

  • Bikerboy

"The cabin and lake are great, but what we really liked was Crystal Bridges and Eureka Springs. 15 miles west is one of the best art museums in the country and 15 miles east is the coolest little town I've ever seen. All set in the beautiful Ozarks. Awesome!!!"

  • Great getaway

"Cabin was very nice and peaceful. The low level of the water and the cold temperatures kept us from enjoying the water-related activities. But the setting was still beautiful. Greatly enjoyed the excursions to Eureka Springs and the Turpentine Creek Refuge. Loved the big cats! A definite choice for a repeat visit."
