  • Perfect vacation spot

"Came up with several friends and stayed in Cabin #8 and others had the house right next to ours. Cabin #8 is the kind of getaway cabin I would build for myself if I had the means to do so. The layout was perfect, very clean and comfortable in all respects. The view of Beaver Lake was spectacular. There were 12 of us total during the stay and everyone commented continually on how great the accommodations were. Will be back annually from now on. We came to ride our motorcycles through the Ozarks during the day and the cabin was a perfect get away for the rest of the time we were there. I, along with the other guests who were there with me highly recommend the facilities to anyone looking for the perfect getaway."

  • Our Second Visit

"Our girl's trip this year was back at this wonderful property. Not only was it as clean and spotless as before, but they added a gazebo, a fire pit and some really nice lounge chairs by the pool. It has an amazing kitchen that has everything you need and the beds are comfortable with nice quality linens. The owner is very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Crystal, we will come again! :) --The Groovy Chicks"

  • Dad & Grandpa; 3 day family vacation

"I have 3 sons, 3 daughter-in-laws, 2 grand children, and a dog. Everyone had a bedroom. No fighting over bathrooms, and lots of room around the table for meals, and time in the living room to play a family game each night after the grandkids went to bed. The decor was fantastic, not what you would expect in a country rental setting, W.O.W. It was beautiful Everything you need is provided, shopping is convient, don't even need to bring anything (except cloths and beach towels) home, stop at the local Walmart on you way in. It was 95+ each day and 105+ heat index, and the air conditioner did its job. Two of our kids left at 3:00 a.m. So that left grandpa/grandma, and one son & wife to clean. I suggest letting them know you would like to pay a little extra for maid service if you want to just pack up and leave. This is in the contract but we had no idea how much time it takes to do laundry, change bedding, sweep (vacuum) & mop a house that BIG... I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to do a family vacation with all grown children. With a little walk, you get to the lake and it is warm (water temp registered 85 on my sons boat fish finder). Several boat rentals are available in the area so either bring your own or rent one. Great place to stay!!!"

  • Beautiful with everything you need to achieve the ultimate R&R

"Me and two other girls enjoyed a weekend get away at this lovely home. Directions were precise and led us right to the home. The hot tub and sauna were amazing and defininitely the highlight of the trip! We cooked a couple steaks on the grill and some veggies in the oven, the kitchen had everything we needed including plastic glasses for the hot tub. The back patio had a wonderful view of the evening stars and we even saw about 10 shooting stars. The beds weren't the most comfortable beds in the world but they were better than the floor! The light in the sauna didn't work, or it takes more than 3 nurses to figure out how to turn it on! But it made it more exciting and memorable. On the last night when we went in after soaking in the tub the master suite downstairs had some banging noises going on under the floor. It was loud enough to not allow us to sleep down there but there was another bed to sleep in so we were fine. That was the only negative about our visit but we did not contact the owners seeing as it was late and we were leaving the next morning. I will say I thought it was a little strange that we had to wash & dry all used towels and dish towels although we paid a 120$ cleaning fee. But overall it was wonderful and we will be staying here again. It was such a lovely time. Thank you Steve for opening your home to us, we truly enjoyed our time!"
