  • Weekend Pet Friendly Getaway

"What a wonderful vacation home. Nicely decorated but not too cluttered. The coffee table was very unique. Spacious floor plan with 2 big master suites and well stocked kitchen. We stayed with another couple and our dogs for a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The deck and hot tub were great for relaxing and eating meals outside. The outdoor grill was okay for 4 but would be small if you were cooking for more people. Our dogs loved the fenced yard it was so big they thought they had their own private dog park. The landscape was well maintained and not overgrown like the place next door. The fence needed a little work in spots to keep smaller dogs in but given the wooded and rocky terrain it was in fair shape. One recommendation is for more outside lighting as the acreage was very dark at night and hard to keep track of the dogs. Had an awesome stay and well definitely stay here again when we return to Eureka."

  • Gorgeous View and Sunsets!

"What a comfortable "cabin"! Rooms are spacious (the 5th room upstairs is a bit tight, but we didn't need it for this visit). The view is relaxing and wonderful ~ perfect for a wind-down at the end of the day. Carla is very prompt to respond to any emails and/or texts and was very easy to work with for this rental. Eureka Springs is full of great restaurants, but if you decide to cook at the cabin, be sure to bring or purchase all your spices and condiments. The cabin is bare on cooking essentials, except coffee, a few filters, pepper & salt ~ nothing else is there, really. Everything else seemed sufficient. We had 4 couples in our group and everyone felt like they had enough space, as needed. I would definitely recommend the Eagles Roost to everyone!! Was a great stay."

  • Ultimate in comfort and seclusion, perfect for large or multi family vacations.

"This property is everything described and more. The house itself is is great shape, and furnished very comfortably. We had plenty of room, and would occasionally "lose" the teens because it's so big...but we'd always find them downstairs listening to music and playing pool. The location is the most secluded that we've rented on Beaver, or any other lake for that matter. You cannot see (or be seen) by any other house, so you really feel like you have the lake all to yourself. The gated access was extra nice, as it added a sense of security while we were on the lake all day each day. The walk down to the lake is short, but steep as described in other reviews. However their is a private paved road that will take you down to the waters edge...and right up to the dock at normal lake levels, so there is no need to tote gear up and down the hill. At the dock there was a large group of brim swimming around the entire time we were there, the kids had a blast feeding them each day. The boat slip was available for our boat and was a breeze to get in and out of (19ft open bow). Any electrical issues with the dock mention in other reviews must have been solved, as we had no problems whatsoever. We also so deer constantly milling around the property, as well as a Bald Eagle. The only minor issue (and I hate to even mention it as the house/property really was awesome) is the gas grill has seen better days. If your planning on cooking out a lot (we did) you might want to bring your own. It'll get you by, but the burners are rusted and damaged so an even flame is impossible. If your here looking for a house to rent then you probably already know how awesome Beaver Lake is (shhh, don't tell every, it's kind of a hidden secret), and this is by far the nicest home we've rented on the lake to date. I'll admit that even though we've rented many times through VRBO, this is the first home we've rented that was overseen by a rental company, and I was a bit hesitant. Don't be...the folks at BLVR we're very accommodating, the check in procedures were a breeze, they were always helpful with my questions leading up to the vacation, and the check out requests we're clear and very reasonable. We will be back, and would recommend this place, as well as doing business with Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals."

  • Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Home

"My family had such a wonderful time staying in this home. Everything was so comfy and cozy! We really enjoyed our time sitting on the deck and watching the lake and boaters. The house was stocked VERY well and we appreciated that. We cooked some and ate out some. We were so close to Monte Ne Inn Chicken we ate there twice in our 3 night stay LOL. The house was out of town but still a close drive to town for grocercies and such. We were gone most the days riding in the area but having a home to come back to at night was wonderful! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your home!"
