"What a lovely home! We couldn't have found a more perfect setting for our family get together! Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic feature! The home had a lovely view since the leaves were off the trees! Water on the lake was incredibly high so didn't get to enjoy their 'beach' area. I would highly recommend this place! We hope to get back during the summer to enjoy it again!"

  • Nice place for two who get along

"We really enjoyed our stay. Be aware, however, that the house is not suitable for wheelchairs or, for that matter, for people who need space. It is small, though perhaps a bit larger than a hotel room with a kitchenette: at least the bedroom is separate from the combined kitchen/living room. What was really nice is that my husband could easily walk to the conference he was attending at the University, and I could easily spend time visiting the fabulous used bookstore on Dickson Street or using the nearby 35 mile bicycle path (we brought ours with us, though the nearby bicycle shop would probably rent one). This rental unit is attached to a much larger rental home which we were able to take a quick look at--it was beautiful but more expensive (nice, perhaps for a group or very large family). The house was clean and secure, and the neighborhood fairly quiet despite this being a neighborhood with lots of students. We enjoyed a few breakfasts out on the back patio. The window air conditioner got quite a workout in the ninety-plus temperature days: we appreciated the ceiling fans. All the appliances worked. It's not luxurious, but then neither was the price. We both liked the Hog House. I visited the Clinton House (the student working there was much too young to answer most of my questions) and the Prairie Grove Battlefield (Civil War) State Park ."

  • Awesome.....and affordable!!!

"We are continuing a family tradition of summer vacation in Fairfield Bay started over 15 years ago by my mother and stepdad....LOVE this place!!! Roger's condo was very nice and comfortable....we had every thing we needed! Literally only steps from the cool pool and centrally located to all the wonderful things FFB offers...excellent golf, (and putt-putt) swimming, hiking, the lake, caverns, floating at the Buffalo river and visiting the Ozark Center...and even relaxing on the back deck with a beautiful view of the lake in the distance. If you are looking for a good quality family vacation that does not cost a small fortune...FFB is for you! Your family needs time spent away from the noise, the hustle and the bustle of this world, together...just enjoying each other and having fun. BTW, the bed was comfortable and so was the living room furniture! We WILL stay at this condo again!"

  • Wonderful!

"This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this condo (the last time 4 years ago) and I would definitely return. This may be the only place I stay when visiting Eureka Springs from now on. It's a short walk to downtown so it's very nice not to have to worry about parking....just leave the car at the condo and walk everywhere. The room was nice and it was quiet and relaxing! Definitely would recommend to friends and family."
