  • Fantastic Summer Rental!!!!

"This is the second time we have rented this property, so that tells you a lot about how much we enjoyed our stay. The pictures really don't do justice to the place. All of the bedrooms were larger than the pictures show. The downstairs Master bedroom is huge!!! One of the bedrooms upstairs had enough room for us to add a cot. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. Absolutely no complaints about maintenance. There are 2 separate areas for people to eat, but the kitchen is so large that a big family (We were 9) can all eat together. But the best part was the sun room!!! Windows all around for a spectacular view of the lake, especially at sundown. We all just wanted to live in that room!!! The lake water was clean and warm and the kids enjoyed jumping off the dock. Next time we go to Hot Springs Village, this is where we want to be. Thank you Gary for another great vacation!!!!!!!"

  • Wonderful weekend getaway to enjoy Balboa Beach!

"Couldn't have been more pleased with the weekend we spent at this house. My mom recently moved to Hot Springs Village but is in the middle of a major remodel. It was wonderful to find the perfect rental for a visit. it was very nice to have two full bathrooms, room for the kids to spread out, and also to have a full sized kitchen to cook meals. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Kids really enjoyed playing some board games with grandma and sitting out on the back deck looking at birds. Hot Springs Village has so much to offer and we had a blast visiting Balboa Beach, the family recreation area playgrounds and sports courts, and the Lake Lago Scenic Overlook."

  • Great place close to lake, clean and well furnsished

"We had a great time at this condo! With the exception of the beds there are no complaints. It is very clean and well furnished and the location was fantastic. The owners were awesome with great communication concerning all that we would need to know. It was very clean and very easy to make the reservations and follow the check out procedures. The lake was just a short 1 minute walk away and provided a great spot to fish and swim. The golf courses were right around the corner as well. Thanks for allowing us to stay we would stay again!"

  • Great house - perfect for 2 familes and/or lots of kids!

"2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 7-10, stayed in Cor's home for spring break. We were very happy with the condition and layout of the home. The adults took the upstairs' two master bedrooms - both were spacious with comfy king sized beds, tons of closet space, good sized bathrooms, lake view, direct private access to the porch. The kids pretty much stayed downstairs the entire time - their own bedrooms, bathrooms, pool table, fridge, and TV, as well as their own covered deck with seating. The only suggestion would be adding a door at the top of the stairs! While we had unseasonably warm weather, the water was too cold to swim, but we did make use of the kayaks, and Cor arranged a boat rental for us from a friend, which was a lot of fun for all. The gas grill was out of propane, but the housekeeper responded quickly to my call. We were disappointed that the waterfall wasn't on, but said it's turned off in the winter months. We caught tons of fish off the dock, including a huge bass, and we had lots of duck and deer visitors. We took a half day trip to Wegner Crystal mine - well worth the trip, and we collected LOTS of great crystals. The men played golf one day while the moms and kids went hiking up at Petite Jean State Park, which was fabulous. We also brought our own bikes and biked the Desoto trail - it was VERY challenging for us flat-landers, but fun. We did several of the hikes around the Village. Recommend the Last Chance Café for lunch, and dinner and 'ritas on the deck at El Jimador. We also ran the boat up to the marina for lunch, and it was lovely to sit on their deck and enjoy a cold beverage. All in all it was a wonderful time, and we'd love to come back!"
