"This was our first time leasing a home on the internet as well a the first time diamond digging, so we actually did not know what to expect. I must say that Gary & Cerise are the most hospitable couple that we have met in a long time. The home was very comfortable and clean. It has all the amenities that we were looking for, snow cones are awesome, firewood, diamond digging equipment, games, movies etc... The price was very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend any one, if you looking for a place to stay, this is it. Thank you Cerise for recommending the sightseeing tour of Narrows Dam and the Lake Greeson. Thanks Gary for everythimg. Be blessed. Johnnie & Cora"

  • Ultimate in comfort and seclusion, perfect for large or multi family vacations.

"This property is everything described and more. The house itself is is great shape, and furnished very comfortably. We had plenty of room, and would occasionally "lose" the teens because it's so big...but we'd always find them downstairs listening to music and playing pool. The location is the most secluded that we've rented on Beaver, or any other lake for that matter. You cannot see (or be seen) by any other house, so you really feel like you have the lake all to yourself. The gated access was extra nice, as it added a sense of security while we were on the lake all day each day. The walk down to the lake is short, but steep as described in other reviews. However their is a private paved road that will take you down to the waters edge...and right up to the dock at normal lake levels, so there is no need to tote gear up and down the hill. At the dock there was a large group of brim swimming around the entire time we were there, the kids had a blast feeding them each day. The boat slip was available for our boat and was a breeze to get in and out of (19ft open bow). Any electrical issues with the dock mention in other reviews must have been solved, as we had no problems whatsoever. We also so deer constantly milling around the property, as well as a Bald Eagle. The only minor issue (and I hate to even mention it as the house/property really was awesome) is the gas grill has seen better days. If your planning on cooking out a lot (we did) you might want to bring your own. It'll get you by, but the burners are rusted and damaged so an even flame is impossible. If your here looking for a house to rent then you probably already know how awesome Beaver Lake is (shhh, don't tell every, it's kind of a hidden secret), and this is by far the nicest home we've rented on the lake to date. I'll admit that even though we've rented many times through VRBO, this is the first home we've rented that was overseen by a rental company, and I was a bit hesitant. Don't be...the folks at BLVR we're very accommodating, the check in procedures were a breeze, they were always helpful with my questions leading up to the vacation, and the check out requests we're clear and very reasonable. We will be back, and would recommend this place, as well as doing business with Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals."

  • Great House

"This is a great house and she is very easy to deal with. No problems there at all. We had a couple little things that she was able to take care of. We stayed for a short time and we were at a wedding most of the time. We didn't spend much time at the house, but it is on the water and we could have had a lot of fun if we had the time. Maybe next time. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us."

  • Cozy Cabin In The Woods

"This cabin was even better than we expected! Cheryl was a wonderful host. The fact that they accepted pets was the main reason we picked this cabin. The bonus was how cute and cozy it was. The trails were a favorite for both ourselves and our dogs. Originally we were going to stay two nights but decided to book 3 and we were so happy we did. It was hard to leave such a perfect setting. Hoping to go back in the summer when we can take advantage of the water."
