  • Great place to stay

"Three separate families, including 3 teenagers stayed four days, three nights. Amazing home. Lots of room where you are not on top of one another. Plenty of lights, fans, dishes and all, just bring food and clothes. The river is right there with a great view from the living room. Friendly neighbors, plenty of wildlife, and the perfect place for walks, fishing, talking, relaxing and getting away from it all. The amenities are nice (not cheap stuff). The owner was great, responsive and friendly. Oh yea, the master shower is worth it alone!"

  • Private, Quiet, Comfortable cabin to unwind

"We spent a week in this little home surrounded by a glorious forest, and loved it. Dru and Dom have thought of everything: comfortable bed, cozy couches, fabulous shower, wi-fi, and a wonderful porch from which to watch the dragonflies, deer, and hummingbirds. We even had a visit from a black bear one morning! We arrived tired and stiff from a long drive and settled right into comfort. We loved exploring the cool artwork and had a good time with the drum one silly evening. With a full kitchen we were able to save some $ and make simple home meals in the crock pot or grill. During the day, we ventured out on what amounts to private trails into the national forest leaving just a few yards from the cabin and in the evening we sat quietly to watch the deer come in close to eat in the pasture just off the porch. When it got too hot (it was August) we cooled down in the air conditioning and watched some HBO. At night a bazillion stars winked on and the temps cooled to set up a long evening of peace on the front porch as my husband and I took turns on the fab porch swing. We strongly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to get away from it all, or to really step into the forest. The trees wrap around you and you'll never even know the other home is on the property. With Mountain Home a short, easy drive away, you can have it all here. P.S, We brought our dog and she loved it too!"

  • All the comforts of home!

"I booked this cabin for my small family for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect halfway point between Colorado and Ohio to meet. The digital check-in was perfect as we arrived late in the evening. The cabin was both aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. We prepared almost all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen, including our entire Thanksgiving dinner! With a TV in the main room and each bedroom no football game was missed. The bathroom was well stocked with enough towels/washcloths for all of us for the entire 5 days. Starter items such as toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc were all provided. We enjoyed our stay here and the communication the owners had with us. There are easily accessible stores and restaurants nearby for the forgotten items. I would recommend these cozy cabins to anyone interested in a quiet getaway!"

  • A refreshing experience

"The house suited our family our large family perfect. The property was well maintained and the owners made sure all our needs were met. The living area was spacious, the kitchen had everything you needed, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. I hope to be able to use this house in the future, as it is centrally located to visit my husbands family."
