  • Perfect White River view and scenery

"We stayed here during July 2016 and sampled all the area has to offer - Buffalo Point, Bull Shoals Lake, White River, Crooked Creek, Dry Run Creek and Lake Norfork. Cabin is 10-15 minute drive from fuel and shopping but the view and seclusion is well worth it. Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, couch and recliner with good television for evening ball games. Excellent trout fishing opportunity with wade in access below cabin. Very nice sleeping arrangements with bunk beds and television upstairs and master bedroom downstairs. A couple small improvements in the kitchen would have benefited our family (toaster did not work and pots/pans need upgraded/replaced). We love this area and would gladly rent the cabin again for more summertime fun."

  • Beautiful view and great fishing

"We rented this cabin recently with another couple. It was close to the White River and we fished right out in front and caught trout. We fished one day with guides and had a great time and caught a lot of trout and had a great shore lunch. The cabin was very clean and had 2 very large picture windows with a great view of the White River. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck that overlooked the river. We even saw a roadrunner in the yard as well as eagles on the river. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There was a fire pit facing the river. We will be back."

  • River Mist Deserves 6 STARS!

"This is our fourth stay at the River Mist. We stayed for an entire week. What do you want? Eagles ? Saw em. Deer? Saw tons of em. Turkey? Saw em. Otters? Yes, I said otters. Saw em ! Need binoculars? They got em. And we hired guides and caught fish for four days. This is a very comfortable house with four real bedrooms, a great washer/dryer, and a beautiful kitchen. And a great propane grill on the huge deck. Jimmy and Zaidee take wonderful care of the house and surroundings. If you do not have a great time it is simply your fault. I would not stay anywhere but the River Mist and I tried tons of places before we found this haven. And drive into Yellville and buy you a watermelon from the guy on the left just as you head into town. Delicious ! Love the River Mist. You will TOO !!!"

  • Great Time

"We recently spent 5 nights at this home and it was wonderful! The river is very cold, but my sister-in-law and I braved it anyway and spent some time floating on a raft tied to the dock. It was neat to see the mist on the river every morning since the water is so cold and it was very warm. Everything you need is furnished in this home which is well taken care of. We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels eating from the feeders on the deck. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a very enjoyable day touring Bull Shoals Lake. We would recommend this highly to anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway!"
