  • Comfortable Home, Beautiful View

"I recently stayed in this perfectly situated home as part of a group of 6 women who attended nursing school together in the early 70's. We have been meeting for a "get-away" almost every year for over 40 years. This was our second time to stay in this home, and we will no doubt be returning! The home is well equipped, comfortably furnished, and has stunning views overlooking the ocean with Morro Rock in the distance. It is on a bluff, on the north end of town. Cayucos is such a charming little town, and we all fell in love with it ages ago. This home sleeps 6 adults in 3 bedrooms, has a comfortable living area, and a large, well equipped kitchen. There is a BBQ, which we did not use, and a lovely outdoor deck and small lawn. It is in a quiet area, on a bluff overlooking the sea. You can hear the ocean, and the sounds of sea lions barking and sea birds calling---very mood enhancing!! It is an easy walk into town, and there are many acres of bluffs to explore. The neighborhood is quiet--it is NOT a "party" house--which is just what we wanted. We had a bit of trouble initially because the Cable service was having difficulty and we had no signal for TV. We called Beach and Bay, and they had the "cable man" at our door in less than an hour. He fixed the problem immediately. Beach and Bay were attentive and obviously wanted us to enjoy our stay. We appreciate their prompt service when we called for help, which was late in the evening and after "office hours"."

  • Wonderfully scenic and beautiful getaway

"I just spent a long weekend at Cottontail Creek Ranch with my large family to celebrate my 45th birthday and what an incredible experience at Cottontail Creek Ranch. There are so many little touches that Susan does that really made us feel incredibly welcome... from fresh flowers and fruit, to lots of little details throughout the home. It was a perfect setting for our family weekend. It's a stunning setting with the beautiful rolling hills as a backdrop, whether watching from the deck, the large circular fire pit at dusk, or on some breathtaking hikes along the ridges which we really enjoyed. And then there are many other activities on site that entertained everyone across ages... the pool, the tennis court, the bocce ball, the hot tub, ping pong, board games, etc. We stayed several days and intended to take some excursions and actually never left the property the whole time. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessarily equipment for gourmet meals which was also great. THANKS much Susan!"

  • Super spot for exploring central coast

"We rented this house for family to stay for my son's graduation from SLO. Even tho I've been coming down to the area for the past years, this location gave me a chance yo explore the cool beach towns and sites in the area. The house was really comfy. It was amazing to be so close to a small in crowded beach. The town was cute. We loved the smoked fish shop and the cookie store, especially"

  • Amazing in every way! Wonderful vacation home!

"The house was perfect for our large family. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is well stocked with towels and kitchen gadgets. The walk to town or beach was very easy even for our smaller kids. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Karl for a wonderful home, we enjoyed it very much!"
