  • Very beautiful, comfortable home

"The pictures shared on the website do NOT do this place justice. The home is very light, clean and cozy. As soon as you enter the home you are greeted with light entering the windows feom the open dining room and living room. The deck is spacious with patio seating for 6. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and new appliances. The house is centrally located. We stopped for groceries for the weekend at Albertsons which was about 10 minutes away, and we were able to walk 1 mile into town where about 11(?) tasting rooms are located. We only ventured to 2... But we did take an Über to Vineyard Dr., where more vineyards and tasting rooms are located per Ron's suggestion. The ride was about 14 miles/20 mins and cost us about $33 one way. So, again, the house is close to everything! Either about a mile walk or a short drive/cab ride away. The beds were very comfortable in the 2 bedrooms. There is an additional sofa bed, which wasn't very comfortable and hard to fold out of the sofa (it had gotten stuck from last use, I think). Anyway, 3 girls were able to pull it out and set it up :) The bathrooms were very clean, all towels and ammenities were provided. I had brought a blow dryer just in case, but Ron had one there. He provided Shampoos, conditioners, soap, body wash, body lotion- you name it. We had it all and didn't need to worry about brining those things. And the jacuzzi was in a private location and very hot and relaxing! I never wanted to leave. I highly suggest having some better photos posted because this place was truly amazing and deserves to be more accurately represented. I will definitely want to stay here again!!! Thank you, Ron!!!"

  • The Perfect Girls Weekend

"Perfect weekend with my Bunko girls. As soon as we arrived on Fri, we opened all the windows and didn't close them until we left on Sunday. We visited, cooked, ate, drank, sat in the spa and laughed for two whole days!"

  • Great house and comfortable for 10 people.

"We came to Pismo for a family wedding. This house worked out perfectly for a multi-generational family. (seven adults and 3 small children). The living area was spacious as well as the eating area. What made it really great was the outdoor space. Lots of room for eating, lounging and we enjoyed the firepit at night while the little ones were asleep inside. It looks out on a lagoon with ducks and trees that made it very tranquil. It was fully equipped and we didn't feel like anything was missing. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The location is right across from the Butterfly Park, which had just started their season. This is at the beach so we had the boardwalk, and the dunes right there as well. We had one problem (an outdoor water leak) that was resolved immediately and we were up and running with water within the hour. The responsiveness was appreciated. It was much quicker than we expected. Great VRBO."

  • Perfect Little Cottage

"This was a wonderful cottage on the water to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful sunsets, quiet mornings sitting on the porch overlooking the bay, often only the birds to hear. Well supplied and decorated. Highly recommend. Doug"
