  • Beautiful condo, close to shopping, restaurants, UCSB

"My wife and I stayed here for 10 weeks, while we were working at a research program at UCSB. The condo is both beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed it. I especially liked the view of the open nature area right behind the condo, and took many long walks there. The condo is conveniently located near a shopping center with a supermarket and several restaurants, and it's just 2-3 miles from UCSB. I definitely recommend it for university visitors and for vacationers!"

  • Second visit!

"We enjoyed another visit to our favorite house in Morro Bay. Comfortably slept 8 adults with plenty of room for relaxing. Two dining areas each seating 8 and a kitchen for several cooks. Views of Morro Rock and the ocean were amazing. Looking forward to our visit next year!"

  • WONDERFUL Stay with WONDERFUL Owner

"I don't even know where to begin ... the OWNER is friendly, generous, kind, and thoughtful. The PROPERTY was spotless, sun-filled, well appointed, and absolutely perfect for my large family including two little ones and a dog. The LOCATION was outstanding just a few hundred yards from the ocean and an easy walk to Montecito, easy drive to downtown Santa Barbara. My entire family (who congregated in Santa Barbara from Asia, the East Coast and West Coast) all can't wait to book another stay. I can't say enough good things about this property."

  • Beautiful property, great for families, not entirely secluded

"The house is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It is located on the top of a mountain overlooking all of the Redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. The pool and gazebo in the picture are located down a steep hill. You have to pack your belongings for the day in a car and drive them down a steep hill if you want to lie by the pool. The pool is very secluded and there is a bathroom and an awesome little shack with a bar type situation to use for the day, so once you bring your belongings down the hill it's fine. It's just a little tedious if you leave things in the main house to have to drive back and forth up the hill. Also worth noting is there is another house (not pictured) roughly the length of a basketball court from the house. They didn't bother us, but we weren't as secluded as we hoped. The owner made it clear that we could not be loud outside after dark, or the police could come. Kind of bummed because we were hoping to listen to music in the hot tub after dark, but we were made to feel we couldn't really do this or we'd get into trouble. We just hung out outside without music, so it was fine. I'd definitely come back again for a chill weekend."
