  • Best Home on the beach

"Our experience was excellent! We loved the house and found it to be extremely comfortable. We are already thinking about coming back this year to the same house."

  • spacious and well equipped 3 bedroom apartment in Pajaro Dunes

"We had rented other apartments in Pajaro Dunes for week-long summer vacations for many years, but this was the first time we have rented this apartment. We had a total of five adults who stayed in this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Shorebirds apartment during the first week of August. It is a well equipped and nicely furnished apartment that is overlooking the dunes. The apartment had easy access to the beach and the parking lot. The availability of a well equipped kitchen and wi-fi access were also very convenient."

  • Beautiful Roomy Beach House

"Nice layout for our group of 6 with 3 bathrooms. Easy access to the beach and nice view. Well located between Santa Cruz, Monterey and Big Sur. Katie was very helpful during booking and after. We would definitely stay again when we visit the area."

  • A wonderful place to stay!

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights and found it very comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied, couches and dining areas were very comfortable, as were the bedrooms, and there were plenty of reading lights. There were enough rooms so people could have privacy if desired. The views to the beach and ocean were spectacular and we had 7 days full of beach walking, bicycle riding and kayaking. Elkhorn Slough has incredible wildlife (go in the morning before winds pick up) and great bicycling opportunities abound. We cycled on local farm roads as well as took advantage of a bicycle only trail (except for maybe 1.5 miles) from Castroville to Monterey, which paralleled the dunes at Ft.Ord and points south. We definitely hope to return here! Also, the restaurant 'Haut Enchilada' in Moss Landing was great to go to after kayaking (or anytime, really)."
