  • Lovely Beach House

"An amazing home away from home. Comfortable, cozy, yet open and airy. View of the fields in the morning are as beautiful as the views of the Ocean. The place is immaculate and decorated so homey. I want to bring the Family next time. We literally never left Pajaro Dunes, naps, walks, played games, Bbq'd, and reading. We completely relaxed for 3 days. Everything is there unless you want a blended drink, bring a blender, and firewood for the stove if you want a fire. You won't regret choosing 17 Plover!"

  • Weather was great

"Great weather Nice condo easy beach access.Electric Was off a lot but didn't seem to be issue weather Was so nice. Beautiful beach my son love the surfing And we enjoyed walks on the beach daily. A lot to do In the area not far from the condo. Enjoyed trip up to the redwoods and to Carmel and Santa Cruz. We met our daughter And son in law there with new grand child. Last night in Condo was very noisy wedding was held Adjacent to it. I don't know if that was the reason but It was hard to keep the baby down with the noise. Beside that a great stay would go again."

  • Relaxation steps away from the beach

"The owner Del was so cooperative and helpful from the get go! Since our group wanted to stay in and not worry about dining out, I asked Del so many questions about what was available and he answered right away. The kitchen has all you need and for the three nights we were there- we cooked all our own food. (There's a Chevron right off the complex -5 min drive or a Safeway about 15 min drive away) FYI- the unit is not right on the beach but kitty corner to it but you still have a great view of the ocean and it's just few minutes walk to the water. And since the unit is not directly facing the ocean, the deck stays protected from the wind and was our spot for morning coffee. Overall our trip was so relaxing- the unit comes with everything you need from towels, extra sheets, board games, and more. And there's room for you to bring your own things to make it really feel like home. The wood burning fireplace was so cozy! The beach is beautiful and not too crowded and while we didn't take advantage of it- we did see some have bonfires outside. My friends and I all agreed we would love to come back again."

  • A great beach get-away

"This lovely townhouse proved to be a perfect get-away for our family. The constant uninterrupted view of the beach and waves was a nice change for these mountain dwellers. Beautiful sunsets. It is located close to many options for daily excursions, but we found that we preferred to stay on the beach all day for our last day instead of the plans we had for touring Santa Cruz. We had taken our own kite, but the two kites we found there were even better and more fun for young and old alike. We did pry ourselves away to go to the aquarium in Monterrey, which was impressive, but the highlight for all of us was kayaking on the near-by Elkhorn Slough. Lots of seals and sea otters in their natural environment. The younger adults found the beach and paths around the townhouses perfect for their daily jogging. The bedrooms were all very roomy, and the living area on the top floor was very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The nights were plenty cool enough, so we enjoyed the coziness of a nightly fire in the fireplace. Because it is off the beaten path one feels as if you have left the world behind, but the Easter Bunny was still able to find our granddaughter."
