  • Book This

"First of all, if you want a quiet little beach town, Pismo Beach and the Five Cities Area is probably not it, but that was my only disappointment. This was a cute cottage and the pictures do not, in any way, do it justice. It looks small, but when you are in it, there is plenty of room. The furniture is comfortable. There were two couches and one folded out into a bed. There was a very nice refrigerator, quiet dishwasher, beautiful bathroom and generously sized bedroom. It was immaculate when we arrived. There is a laundry area three cabins back and there is a beautiful grilling/patio area. The rental company - Vacation Rental Pros was easy to work with. Depending on who you talked to, they were very friendly. A few people seemed to have zero personality. This is within easy walking distance of the beach and all restaurants. It is not a quiet area - each morning at about 5:30 AM I heard garbage trucks or huge delivery trucks. There are many people walking past, to and from the beach. There was a very sketch looking, old RV parked across the street that seemed like people were staying IN it and just parked on the street. There is VERY LITTLE parking even though it says there is parking. We had to park quite a ways up the street for the first two days. Judging from all of the hotels and houses I saw around, this was one of THE nicest. In general, Pismo was pretty grubby, but there were plenty of fun things to do. IMPROVEMENTS: When we unfolded the couch into a bed, there were A LOT of crumbs and that was gross. The bedding in the bedroom was clean but worn. The duvet and sheets had a few stains on them and that was off-putting. The condo itself was very clean, though."

  • Great stay, convenient and comfy!

"Our family of 5, including three wild young boys just returned from a great stay in Oceano. This house is so conveniently located and away from the hustle and bustle of Pismo. We were able to walk to the Oceano beach for a little play, return back at night for s'mores on the beach, and so close to many other attractions like Oso Flaco Lake, Montana de Oro, Pismo, Avila and SLO. We packed in the fun during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grocery store was nearby to stock it up, and there was even a bbq out back. The house comfortably slept all 5 of us and came stocked with laundry supplies which is a must for a family with 3 boys. On top of it all, we cleaned up the house and received our deposit back. This was such a great find for a quick getaway. Thank you for a great stay!!!"
