  • Another memorable winter holiday in San Luis Obispo!

"We booked this property again for a second time, and had another wonderful family winter vacation. Our daughters both live in CA now, and San Luis Obispo is a favorite place for all of us to meet. The house is large and spacious, with comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, and a well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The yard is well landscaped, with newly planted flowers and fully fenced for dogs. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a house full of pointsettias and a generous Christmas gift basket. Jim, the owner, is warm and friendly, very responsive, and helpful. We stayed at the property for almost two months, and it truly has become like a second home for us. We love the home and San Luis Obispo, and plan to be back again this year!"

  • Love it!

"We had such a lovely stay for our girls weekend getaway! Perfect location to be walking distance to downtown SLO shops, restaurants, coffee shops, local deli hot spots, and night life! The house is super cute, was spotlessly clean, lots of natural light, and well stocked for all our needs. Beds were super comfy too. Barrie was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again soon!"

  • Great hosts that went the extra mile!

"First of all, the location is great. You can easily walk downtown, and are only a block from Lincoln Deli(awesome sandwiches!). The house was nice and clean with comfortable beds. But what really put it over the top was Bre. When we showed the house had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. She stopped by to make sure we knew how to use everything. Then we accidentally forgot the garage door opener in a rental car. It was no big deal to her, she just said she could pick it up at the airport. We will definitely plan on renting this house again!"

  • Luxury solitude

"The bobcat casita is delightfully luxurious and utterly peaceful. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. They each have a full master bath with high end custom finishes (using lots of natural materials). The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is ideal for an evening gathering in front of the fire or just relaxing. The outdoor space has tables, comfortable chairs, gas BBQ and hot tub to take maximum advantage of the quiet setting in the middle of a vineyard. The place was easy to find (great signage) with easy access to Pismo Beach, the SLO wineries and restaurants and an easy hop over the grade to the Paso Robles region. The neighborhood is strictly multimillion dollar luxury estates on 5+ acres each. This place is the real deal: isolated luxury and easy access to the best of SLO. Yeah, I guess you could say I liked it."
