  • Bragging about Bordeaux's Beach House!

"Clean, Comfortable, Close to Carpinteria (by car). Peaceful location with world-class views, especially of the Rincon Break -- world renown for wonderful surfing. Close to the 101 (freeway) and to the path to the beach -- so there can be a fair amount of traffic. However, the porch is well protected from and sits above the beach walk. And the surf is more captivating than any traffic noise. House comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 children. Beds wonderful. Plenty of towels. Kitchen fully equipped and with a great view. You can sit on the porch for hours. Or you can play on the beautiful beach. (The beach right out front is filled with good-size boulders, so walk a few steps to in either direction.) Leilany, the property manager is both professional and delightful. Her check in and check-out procedures are clear. We had her personal cell number, with no need to use it! An accessible and enthusiastic manager."

  • Beachfront Bliss

"This charming, cozy, beachfront cottage and annex provided the perfect setting for a relaxed family getaway. Inside and out, the buildings are well-maintained vintage bungalows. The galley kitchen and bathroom in the main house appear to be brand new, but both the main cottage and the annex featured comfortable, top of the line furnishings and bedding. The outdoor, ocean-facing deck has ample seating for dining or relaxing, and the four-function outdoor shower is a real treat after a day of surfing or building sand castles. The beach is very private, so you'll feel like you're in your own oasis. One of the major highlights was seeing pods of dolphins swim along the shoreline several times a day. A five minute walk down the road is the Padaro Beach Grill - perfect for delicious, casual dining. Jackie was a delightful, helpful, accommodating hostess. This is a special place and we hope to return someday soon."

  • Family Vacation

"We loved everything about this place!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, our family of 6 felt very comfortable. The pool was clean and warm for the kids to swim. We also enjoyed walking everywhere, the beach is across the street and restaurants/shopping are nearby. The owner is great to talk to, very helpful and very responsive. We can't wait to go back as we have already booked our vacation!!"

  • Perfect Girls Getaway!

"We just returned from a great girls trip to Carpinteria, One of the best parts of our trip was staying at Kat's cottage. It's decorated adorable and was spotless. The pictures are exactly as it truly is and I would recommend any of my friends or family to rent this property. We spent one morning walking to the Coffee Bean and getting our nails done. We then walked to the beach. Everything is truly walkable. Thank you Kat for helping to make our girls trip even better!"
