  • Perfect location

"Loved this little, informal, comfortable, pet-friendly cottage. Location great for us. Enjoyed the spa on the deck as well as the BBQ. Recommend arriving before dark if you've never stayed here."

  • Perfect!!

"My husband and I have stayed in the VRBO apartment rental 15620 on two occasions this year (2016); 12 days in June and 9 days in November. We have been so pleased with this apartment. We love that it is on the third floor (top floor) and includes a spacious, outside porch just outside of the kitchen. What a great way to relax! (There is no elevator if that is a consideration, but the stairways are wide enough to comfortably accommodate plenty of room while carrying a suitcase). The apartment is very comfortable with considerable window coverage so we can see the immediate area and skyline (mountains in the background!). The apartment is very quiet. It is also very well equipped with all you need for any length of stay. The kitchen area is not large, but much cabinet storage for everything you need for any kind of cooking. There is also an outside grill on the porch. There is a dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer just outside the kitchen; That is a terrific treat! The living space is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and modern. The building location is perfect; right in town, a few blocks from the beach and waterfront. We walked everywhere. We explored the side streets and you can get to the Main Street through the city in just a few blocks, as "shortcuts" on various streets are easy to find; and restaurants of all tastes are everywhere and very accessible. If walking is not what you want, public buses are easily accessible. We will be making yearly trips to visit family in Santa Barbara and hope this apartment is available each time."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for 6 days while visiting family in SB. It was clean and well furnished throughout with excellent beds, linens, furniture, kitchen supplies, washer/drier, and updated bathrooms. I liked the layout with the master bedroom on one side. It was cool while we were there so we didn't use the deck and yard which were lovely. The street was very quiet and we enjoyed the easy walk to Shoreline Park, and the beach walk to downtown at low tide. The agent responded promptly to several questions and we received our security deposit back promptly - seamless arrangements and communication. I would highly recommend this property, just wished there weren't currently a 30 day minimum which makes it harder for working people."

  • Fantastic time!

"We were in Santa Barbara for a niece's wedding and chose to stay at Eucalyptus Hill. We had a wonderful time and one of the reasons was this house! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen and living areas were large and open. We had easy parking on property for our cars. The neighborhood was quiet. The best part of the property was the gorgeous terraced backyard with every kind of succulent possible. We felt like we were in our own secret garden. Roger was awesome to work with which made our stay stress free. I would highly recommend this property."
