  • Perfect girls trip with a perfect location

"My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend in Summerland, and this house was the perfect home base for us—within easy walking distance to the beach and cute shops/cafes, it couldn’t have been in a better location. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and the views were truly exceptional. It definitely had that beach house vibe we were looking for and felt both super luxe and home-y at the same time. The living spaces and bedrooms (with super comfortable beds!) were big enough for our group to really lounge around in. Plus there was plenty of outdoor space that was perfect for dining and tanning, or just enjoying the view. The large kitchen and back deck off of the dining area was my favorite—it really doesn’t get any better than sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset dinner with an ocean view. It’s also a super short drive to Santa Barbara if you want to make a quick trip that way. I really can’t say enough great things about this house—I’ve been counting down the days until we get to make our return visit!"

  • Lovely new property with everything you could possibly need and then some!

"We stayed at this cute little cottage for the long Labor Day weekend. We love being so close to East Beach and right next to the TriCounty Produce market as well. It's central to everything you would want to do in Santa Barbara. Wine taste, shop, walk, bike, eat, beach comb, etc. It's all within a few minutes of this gorgeous little place. It was clearly recently remodeled and I love the thought they put in to it. It's the best use of a small space I've seen. It's tiny but doesn't feel tiny. The court yard with the hot tub, built in BBQ, fountain and dining table is perfect. It's private and secure and makes you feel like you have bigger space. The house itself is beautiful with a gorgeous and modern kitchen with top of the line appliances. The family room has a super comfortable couch that turns in to an equally comfortable queen bed. My husband fell asleep out there one night with our son and was amazing at how comfortable it was considering it was a "sofa sleeper". The bathroom is lovely with a huge rain shower and tub, two sinks and TONS of built in storage. I loved how many cabinets there were to tuck your belongings away in. There is even a nice little hanging space as you enter the bathroom. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and large dressers with plenty of space for our clothes. This cottage is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 and we would definitely stay there again. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would."

  • Peaceful cottage

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely cottage for 16 nights in February. We love the beach in the winter and the private garden is so pleasant to sit in. You can get to downtown Santa Barbara in about 10 - 15 minutes depending on traffic so we took advantage of the great restaurants and theater while we were here. Leslie was very friendly and took care of any problems we had very quickly. The WiFi is great but the TV only played streaming Netflix, which was OK with us. The kitchen works for breakfasts and even some simple dinners, we like to cook. Overall we were very happy with our choice."
