  • One of the best places to stay in Santa Barbara!

"This is a bright and very clean apartment in the foothills with sweeping views of Santa Barbara, mountains and ocean in the distance. The unit is elegantly designed, as both rooms are all white with accents of black, and both have french doors opening to the patio and the view. The pool and hot tub are available for use. Caroline and Mike live upstairs, and we enjoyed meeting them (and their dogs and goat!), but the apartment is very private. Downtown SB is only five or ten minutes down the hill, so it is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping and highway 101. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would definitely stay here again when we come back!"

  • We loved this place!

"This was the ultimate hideaway for our 12 day stay in the Santa Barbara area. The gardens are a botanical oasis and the location was ideal. We were able to bike directly from the property and the drive into Santa Barbara was a snap. We were provided with hiking suggestions, dining suggestions and additional local information that made our stay feel like we were locals. The whirlpool was a welcome treat at the conclusion of our day. We hope to return. Dino was a gracious host!"

  • Awesome little property with all the modern conveniences

"Not only is the patio area great for sitting and relaxing, but the place had tons of hospitable touches that made the whole experience excellent. Everything was clean, the bathroom is beautiful, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Two things to watch for: you may have to search a little bit for a parking space (but it always worked out), and you may want to ask about how to work the AC (assuming you even need it in SB weather), since the control isn't very intuitive. Overall an awesome place, fantastic host, and would totally recommend staying there and look forward to returning."
