  • Didn't Want To Leave!

"This was by far, the best beach house experience yet! The house was even better than the pictures. The living room was spacious and the couches were very comfortable. The Television was a nice size and cable was provided so you could watch your favorite shows. The kitchen was roomy and fully stocked. I loved that you could enjoy a meal at the table or sitting at the island. The half bath on this floor was bigger than you would expect and convenient when you didn't want to walk upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs were all a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The Queen bedroom had a television, plenty of closet space and double doors that opened to a small balcony with a fun view of the street. The Double bedroom was very bright and sunny. It also had lots of closet space and was the quietest room in the house. The bathroom on this floor was beautiful! Lots of room and a really nice shower. The Master Bedroom was spacious with ample closet space, a television, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The master bath was roomy, and had a nice vanity with a stool for putting on makeup on one side and a nice high sink and counter space on the other. There was also a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. My favorite, though was keeping the windows open at night to hear the waves crashing on the beach. What a treat! The third floor had a wonderful sun deck. Even on windy days, we were sheltered on this deck, so there was no need to sit on the beach and get sand blown in our faces. We just relaxed and watched the waves in warmth from the sun deck. This house is located on the best street in Santa Cruz. You walk out your door and are less than half a short block from the entrance to Seabright (Twin Lakes) Beach. There are so many places you can walk to from here. If you are like us, you can bring bikes and ride to the Boardwalk, Wharf, Harbor and lots of other places around town. Grocery stores and eating establishments are all within walking/biking distance, so you really don't even need to use a car if you don't want to. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we can't wait to go back again next year!"

  • Perfect!

"This was the perfect spot for our family reunion. My nine grandchildren ranged in age from 6 months to 19 years old. With their parents we totaled 17 people and one dog. The three "sports oriented " family members brought their bikes and rode from Pacific Grove to Carmel. A couple of them did a scuba dive in Monterey. We all made a trip to the Aquarium and several went to the Santa Cruz Board Walk. There were several daily trips to the beach, only 1/2 block away. My favorite spot was Natural Bridges State Park, with wonderful tide pools to explore. A couple of us stretched our legs and walked to Capitola. The house was comfortable, homey and had everything we needed. The location just right for teens and tots alike. My thanks to Michele for this great family vacation!"

  • Perfect Santa Cruz home!

"So glad we picked this house for our stay in Santa Cruz. Everything we needed and much more was there, and the location was perfect. We loved staying in Pleasure Point and being able to walk to the end of the block for some quick beach time; around the corner for a bite to eat. And it was just a quick drive to so much more - downtown SC, Natural Bridges beach/tide pools, Capitola, Roaring Camp Railroad, the Boardwalk and wharf. Though, our family would have had a great enough time just hanging out having video game tournaments, making s'mores, and relaxing in the hot tub. We were planning our next trip back before we even left."

  • A wonderful gateway to the beach! It's a perfect place especially the short walk to the beach! A+!

"The 3 bedroom including the cottage fits a large family. Very spacious! Generous to lend us beach stuff, towels, wagon to bring to the beach (short walk) we cooked and ate in the backyard all the time! We played games on the round table that was wonderful! Thanks to Carolyn to welcome us."
