  • Better than what we expected!

"My husband and I stayed at this property during Memorial Day weekend and it was our first time visiting the Monterey area. This guesthouse is very private, quiet, clean and has more room than we anticipated. It's perfect for 2-4 guests and it's equipped with everything you need. The description is exactly what you're getting (laundry room, kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, basics for hygiene like shampoo and conditioner, etc). The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There is also a small grill that was easy to use and the patio was lovely. We met the owner, Cecelia, during our stay and she was very nice. She answered all of our questions before our stay and made us feel welcomed. Everything was nearby and didn't have to drive anywhere. This area doesn't have Lyft yet, but we were able to Uber everywhere we went. We are hoping to visit next year and will contact Cecelia again!"

  • Million Dollar View!!

"We absolutely loved this house. The view of the beach was awesome!! I was really impressed with the feel of the house. The builder put so much of himself into it. This is a much loved family home. You just can't beat it for the area. My grand kids wanted to come back to the house and skip the 17 mile drive! The four tickets to the aquarium is a real bonus. The adult ticket is worth $50.00. Don't hesitate and allow enough time to just enjoy the view and explore the beach."

  • Quiet, beautiful views, very nice owner

"This house had everything we needed for our large group, and we had a wonderful time. We particularly enjoyed the patio and balcony spaces, and the ability to cook our own meals on the bbq. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and it really felt like home. The owner couldn't have been nicer. We would love to stay there again!"

  • Hidden Get-A-Way

"This guest house is a wonderful hub for activities all over the Monterey Peninsula... which is exactly what we were looking for! It's quiet and feels very secluded. And the view! What a gorgeous view of Carmel Valley! Inside, we found it to be quite comfortable. Bedroom was large, bathroom was amazing! Open tiled shower with half-walls. A couple of needs... Pocket door between bath and bedroom was off it's track and needed to be wrestled with to close, but was manageable, and lighting in the livingroom is more for mood than reading. We both agreed, we would come back! This was the Monterey Motorsport Reunion week, and with the continual crowds in Carmel, Monterey, and Pacific Grove... this was our oasis to escape to."
