  • A vacation to remember!

"Ocean Wave B was beyond my expectations with everything provided for an enjoyable stay. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I booked again for next summer! Walking distance to everything including the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and several shopping centers for groceries and other necessities. The amenities were terrific and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to "cook in" most evenings. I highly recommend this property for a memorable vacation."

  • Fantastic Cottage in Perfect Location

"My wife and I, along with our 3 young kids, just returned from a stay at the Rose Cottage. My wife and I used to live near the beach in LA and we wanted to expose our kids to what the beach lifestyle is like. The Rose Cottage is the perfect place to capture that spirit. Located in the heart of Capitola Village, you can literally park your car and never need it again for the duration of your stay. The beach, restaurants and shops are all within close proximity. The back deck, as described in other reviews, is very private with ample seating to enjoy an outdoor BBQ meal or a cup of coffee in the morning. Upon arrival, the cottage was spotless and plenty of sheets and towels were readily available. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the near future."

  • Perfect cozy get away by the sea

"This was our fourth stay at Creekside Montecieto and certainly, not our last. The studio sits back behind Nicola and Cliff's lovely house and garden on top of their garage, in the trees, as I like to think. There is everything you need in the large open room, with a large separate light filled bathroom. The windows all around afford light and a cool cross breeze. The bed is big and very comfortable. The living area has a small kitchen, no stove, but a fridge and microwave and all the necessities to make a good breakfast or afternoon or evening snacks,. There's a couch and chair for tv watching and a radio and CD player. Everything is thoughtfully and artfully decorated, so it's a pleasure to be in the space. The little balcony with a table and chairs is a perfect place to have breakfast or to sit with a good book. There's also a lovely grassy area with comfortable chairs for lounging and reading. The beach is a three minute walk away. And you can walk, bike, or drive to restaurants, shops, cafes, and a great little bookstore in about 5-10 minutes. It's perfect! Nicola and Cliff are delightful and gracious hosts without being intrusive. This little place is the best retreat in Santa Barbara."

  • Great 4th of July trip

"This house was perfect for a 4th of July celebration. We were steps from the sand and there were fireworks going off everywhere. It was an experience I will never forget. The house was well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. Great location, very close to town and beaches. Neighbors were very friendly. I would recommend this rental year round, but for a super special and unforgettable experience, I would recommend it for the 4th of July."
