  • Love, love, loved it!

"We loved it! Had a girlfriend's getaway. This place was just perfect for us. It is a beautiful place, very relaxing. In a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We plan on renting again next year. We ate at both the Mexican restaurant and the Chinese restaurant in Seascape Village, both very good. Traveled into Santa Cruz and back to Aptos on our shopping spree. We enjoyed coming back to the townhouse to relax and unwind. A couple of suggestion Kelly - it would be nice to have some sort of grippers in the downstairs bathroom tub/shower. My friends said it was very slippery. I didn't notice it much in the master bath. Also, soap in the showers/tub and a box of tissues in the bathrooms would be appreciate. Other than that, perfect! (Thanks for the call back on the outside water issue. I guess we were lucky to have been there. You would have had a swimming pool in that adorable outside space! )"

  • FANTASTIC! The location, the property, and the facility exceeded my expectations.

"From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice in reserving the Hacienda for our business executive retreat. Peter welcomed us with a smile. He gave us the tour of the facility and gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything. We had plenty of beds (19 of us), lots of space - both in the kitchen, outdoors, and indoors. I would highly recommend Dancing Deer Farm."

  • A great place for the family

"This is a very comfortable family home with plenty of crawling space for an eight month old. The family/living/kitchen area is a delightfully comfortable area where everyone can gather to cook, converse, and have time together. Lots of great areas within walking distance and short driving distance. We hope to come back!"

  • Beautiful property, great for a nice relaxing weekend in wine country

"A group of friends from work stayed at Oliva De Oro for a girls weekends before some moved on to other jobs, some moved out of the state and some had babies! We had a great weekend and loved our stay. The house very comfortably slept all 6 of us with people sharing beds and we were able to use the kitchen to cook some dinner, enjoy some wine in the lovely sunken patio. The guest house was clean and the sheep were super cute! The olive oil they produce is also amazing and highly recommend stopping by for a tasting! The owners and all the staff on the property were super nice. The owners are also very responsive to emails. Overall, great weekend in a great property."
