  • Beautiful Desert Retreat

"This was a great home in a peaceful setting. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and looked out over the golf course. Great view of sunrise every morning. The home is located on the De Anza Golf Course, a 10 minute drive from Christmas Circle. It has two bedrooms, two baths. and an additional sitting room adjacent to the Master bedroom which has a pull out couch can be used as an additional bedroom. I would not use it for an adult couple as it has glass doors into the master bedroom with no curtains, but would be great if traveling with small children that parents wanted to keep an eye on. We used the small dining area off the kitchen for a blow-up which provided another semi-private sleeping space. The back of the house is all glass and provides beautiful views from anywhere in the living/kitchen/dining areas."

  • Perfect House For a Pet

"The exterior of this house belies how nice it is inside. We are in the design business, so we were sensitive to the appearance of the front. After entering, we were pleasantly surprised at how tastefully the art and interior furnishings were. Even though it is "pet friendly", it was immaculate and free of any odors. The owner is a "cat person" which is evidenced by the perches and poles inside. Since we are both allergic to cats, it could have been a disaster. However, this house was fine. The front porch is screened and secure, the rear patio is large, and the yard is totally walled in (about 6 ft high) and safe from coyotes, snakes, etc. It provided exactly what we enjoy when making our annual stay in uninterrupted view of desert and mountains from the back patio. Very comfortable stay - we loved it and reserved for next year. Two things could be improved: 1. cat poop in the rear should be removed; 2. electric garage door was tricky Robin Reynolds, who manages this house does a great job!"

  • Villa very welcoming and well appointed

"The view of the mountains and golfcourse is really outstanding. The Villa is very well kept, spacious and comfortable to live in.The town, at a five minute drive, offers excellent food and liquor supply. Great shopping at Outfitters for clothes and fine wines. Breakfast at Kendall' cafe is a must as well as oven baked pizzas at Kesling's Kitchen."
